The Dao Body's age is also known as the cultivator's "True Self Age."
For some Nascent Soul Cultivators, the Dao Body achieves the greatest harmony with heaven and earth during their twilight years.
For others, the Dao Body resonates most with heaven and earth during their youth.
Each cultivator's "True Self Age" varies—it could be in old age, adulthood, or childhood.
The Life and Death Tribulation is "difficult to peep into the true self" because the cultivator's lifespan is so long. Identifying the specific "True self Dao body" down to the exact year, month, day, and hour, without the slightest deviation, is as difficult as ascending to heaven.
Only after finding the appropriate "True self Dao body" can a cultivator calmly break through the Physical Body Barrier and transform the Nascent Soul into the Primordial Spirit.
