Thomas Shannon sat down next to Sophie Sullivan, raising his hand. Charlie River immediately understood and signaled the waiter to remove all the food and tableware from the table.
"Keep me company and eat a little, hmm?"
Thomas Shannon looked at her, his hoarse voice revealing a hint of fatigue.
Sophie Sullivan propped her chin with one hand, her gaze fixed somewhere, as if she hadn't heard.
"Fennie, I haven't eaten anything today." Thomas Shannon grasped her hand and pushed the menu towards her, "Help me order something, I'm hungry."
He was quite justified.
Sophie Sullivan felt like laughing. She played with the corner of her mouth, watching him with interest. On his handsome face, there was a faint touch of exhaustion.
His deep cold eyes were bloodshot.
He looked utterly tired.
"Will you eat whatever I order?" Her beautiful eyes twinkled with cunning.
Thomas Shannon pressed his thin lips tightly and nodded, "Mm."
