Gaby let out a proud howl.
The veterinarian packed up the medical box and left.

Lucifer also sat down. He raised his hand and gently rubbed her head. "Cecilia Branford."
Sophie, who was playing with Gaby, absentmindedly replied, "Hmm?"
Lucifer just smiled, his gaze doting on her.
After a long time, Sophie grew tired from playing. She lay down on the Lawn, using Gaby's stomach as a pillow.
Gaby lay still obediently, letting his master use him as a pillow, as docile as a house cat.
