Chapter 3 - Chaining Down the Beast

William and Jonas had spent the week getting to know each other and as a result, people around noticed that their relationship got tighter. Jonas seemed to be glowing from happiness and William felt like he was supposed to be there.

When Jonas got home he felt like his head was going to explode and he wondered where that came from. "It had now been a few weeks. Am I sick or something?" Jonas glances at himself in a mirror and noticed that his eyes have a slight glow to them just like William had here and there. "I wonder what this is?" He could feel his head pounding and heads to his bedroom. "I will just sleep it off."

That night Jonas had a very vague dream that led to a vivid one. It started at a house and someone crying holding a woman in his arms. The woman looked like they were just sleeping, but the way he was crying it was not the case. "Why did this happen? I only wanted to help those around here! I learned magic for the good of this town!" Jonas reached out to touch the man's shoulder. Then the man grabbed onto his arm, "I can help!" The man turns around with his tears still going down his cheeks, "You are right I still have you!" Next thing you know the man was standing over using a knife and writing markings all over his forehead. It was like he could not move his body or it was more like he did not want to and he did not know why. This whole time he kept thing about William and that strange connection. He could feel his head burning more and more not knowing that his eyes were glowing with just the thoughts from his dreams.

It was as if his soul was getting chained, but strangely it was also a freeing feeling. It was not a scary feeling, and his muscles felt stronger than before. When he woke up he felt relaxed, and better healthwise. It was like he detoxed from eating junk and got out of a haze he was in for so long. He wanted to see William it still felt like an urge to go see him and it was weird in thought overall, but he did not mind it. He now had a long-lost brother that he could get to know better. He just wondered if William felt the same way.

For some reason, he did not want to do the rounds he only wanted to see William.
