While changing the pen refill, he suddenly thought of Jane Sampson.
He looked up and happened to meet Jane Sampson's gaze.
She didn't know how long she'd been staring at him.
"What's up?" James Black put the pen on the table, "Do you want to go to the bedroom and wait for me?"
Jane Sampson shook her head, "No, I'll sit here and not disturb you. You focus on your work; I don't want to stay in the bedroom alone."
Jane Sampson pointed at the pen he had just placed on the table, "Quickly change the refill and keep writing, don't mind me, just pretend I'm not here. I'll be on my phone, won't be bored."
The flower fell, and Jane Sampson immediately lowered her head as if her interest in James Black wasn't even comparable to her phone.
But in fact, she had inexplicably been dazing out staring at James Black for a long, long time.
