Staring at Jane Sampson's sleeping features for a while, James Black quietly changed his clothes and left the bedroom. In the courtyard, he saw Old Master Black and together they went out for morning exercise.
Despite his age, Old Master Black was very healthy, maintaining his exercise routine meticulously every day even after retirement.
Only after jogging for one hour did Old Master Black stop in the pavilion of the great courtyard to stretch his limbs, while he turned his head to observe James Black who had been running with him all the way.
"This time you're back, you've seemed quite spirited these past two days, no insomnia?" Old Sir Black asked, "Should we call Doctor Campbell to have a look?"
"No need, I haven't had insomnia." James Black shook his head, "Apart from a strange dream in the second half of last night, I've been sleeping pretty well these two days."
