Inside the tightly sealed car, the air carried a hint of tension.
Aldana Candi looked confusedly at the man who had suddenly stopped the car. His gaze was set ahead, and the lines of his profile appeared tense.
Aldana Candi silently watched him for a moment, then reached out to open the car door: "…It's very close to where I live now, I can walk back by myself."
The man raised his hand and directly locked the car door.
Aldana Candi twisted the door handle a few times, and when she realized it wouldn't open, she quietly retracted her hand.
She sat in the car seat, head lowered, looking at the dress she was holding, and softly asked, "Do you want to say something?"
Philip Shaw didn't speak; he acted instead.
His tall figure suddenly lunged at her, pinning her to the front passenger seat, and then he bit her lip hard.
Aldana Candi let out a pained, low wail, meeting the man's coldly smiling face: "Do you need me to take you before you understand what I want to do?"
