Keira Leaf finally understood what was going on. Her gaze fell on the bowl of ginger soup on the tea table. After hesitating for a moment, she walked over quietly.
Sitting at the edge of the sofa, maintaining a certain distance from Joshua Sulliven, she reached out to take the soup bowl and quietly drank from it.
Joshua Sulliven glanced at her, then withdrew his gaze and continued speaking to the housekeeper, "Bring the documents from the West Mountain Mine."
"Yes, Young Master." The housekeeper quickly stepped back, leaving the room with only Keira Leaf and Joshua Sulliven.
Keira Leaf drank half a bowl of ginger soup, looked up at Joshua Sulliven, and softly asked, "Do you... do you want to drink some?"
Joshua Sulliven glanced at her, his gaze landing on the half bowl of ginger soup in her hand, and said sternly, "You want me to drink what you left over?"
