"Skye!"
When the little lad saw Skye far away, her face lit up with surprise and joy.
Molly Wellington excitedly spread her arms, and hurriedly emerged from Dylan Wellington's embrace, rushing toward Skye.
However, before her hand could touch Skye, Dylan pulled her back.
"Daddy—" the little lad protested in a soft, whiny voice.
She saw on the television that Skye was going to marry Uncle Norman, and thought Skye no longer wanted her.
"Daddy's not stopping you, but be careful, don't bump into mother... Mother already has a little sister in her belly now. You're the big sister, take care of Mommy and baby, okay?"
The man lowered his gaze, his always cold, seductive eyes now holding warmth.
If it weren't for necessity, he wouldn't have brought Molly.
Taking Molly away would make those people more suspicious.
Before he could marry Skye, before everything was settled so she would never leave his side, he had to be cautious in everything.
