Harrison Yale: "..."!!
He was wondering if wanting to twist her neck now would scare her?
"Yasmin is timid, usually doesn't have many close friends, and as for her parents, we've called them, she's not there. I really can't think of anyone else she would contact besides me."
Emma Aiden leaned back on the sofa, clutching the pillow with both hands, seriously contemplating.
Could it be that Yasmin didn't even plan to contact her...
"Buzz buzz—" Before Emma's thoughts could take shape, the cellphone on the table suddenly rang.
"It's Yasmin, a call from Yasmin!" Louis Mendez was the first to react, excitedly shouting as he stared at the caller ID on the phone.
Clutching the cellphone, he rushed over to Emma Aiden.
"Don't get too excited yet, control your emotions. Don't let Yasmin know that there are other people with me, otherwise I'm afraid she might not contact even me."
After Emma instructed, seeing Louis nodding, she answered the phone and turned on the speaker.
