On the quiet school lane.
The incoming breeze carried warmth, pleasantly refreshing.
Emma Aiden walked alone under the shade of trees, talking on her cell phone.
"Alright, got it. I'm on my way over and will call you when I arrive." After dealing with her dormitory mate, she hung up the phone.
She tossed the cell phone back into her bag and couldn't help but laugh thinking about her dormitory mates.
They had heard that Amelia Lawrence was beaten up, and believed that villains get their just deserts. They insisted on having a meal together to celebrate for her. Emma Aiden couldn't refuse, so she agreed to go over right away.
"Buzz buzz..." As Emma Aiden just walked out of the school gate, her cell phone in the bag buzzed again.
She thought it was her dormitory mates calling again to hurry her along, so she picked up without checking the caller ID.
"I'm almost there; wait for me a few more minutes..."
