Herbert Young continued, "It's simple: just let Sabrina Johnson undergo a mental evaluation."
Sue White wasn't so optimistic and asked Herbert Young, "Lawyer Young, it seems you've handled a case like this before. Is it possible for someone to feign mental illness during a psychiatric evaluation?"
"In theory, it's not possible, but it's not entirely impossible either!" Herbert Young said. "For example, by bribing a doctor and getting a false certification."
"Wouldn't that be perjury?"
Herbert Young smiled. "Psychiatric evaluations are inherently subjective, so calling it perjury might not be quite accurate."
There were gray areas in the law, places where the law couldn't reach.
Sienna Johnson anxiously asked, "Is there really no other way?"
Herbert Young, who always took unconventional paths, said, "President Johnson is so capable, why doesn't she just take care of the evaluation personnel?"
