A gentle, deep voice sounded in her ear: "Baby."
"Ashton Heath, do you have any social engagements tonight?" Joanna Lawrence didn't go to Heath Group today, and since Ashton had to go out and socialize, she stayed home and read scripts all day, not wanting to join him.

"I'll treat you to dinner." Joanna's voice, filled with laughter as she thought of being shortlisted, said, "I wonder if President Ashton will grace us with his presence."
"When Mrs. Ashton invites me to dinner, I'm always honored." Ashton Heath smiled, and his mood seemed to have brightened a lot because of her phone call, "Why the sudden urge to invite me to dinner? Is there some good news?"
