"Wait," Adam calls for Kelly, making her stop in her step.
As she turns around to look at Adam, wondering why he called for her, she sees him smiling.
"What about you? Have you eaten anything yet?" Adam asks.
Kelly draws a blank for a second as she didn't expect such a question from Adam; after all, rarely do guests ever care or ask for her.
"No..." She says softly.
"Well, why don't you join us. We would love the extra company," Adam says politely with a smile on his face.
Seeing Adam's charming smile, hearing his police tone, and his welcoming attitude, plus her already growing attraction towards him, she couldn't help but agree to his request.
"If you don't mind..." She says.
"Why would we mind having the company of a beautiful woman? Isn't that right, Danny?" Adam says, bringing Danny to join in and get himself a little familiar with Kelly.
After all, he has not said a word to Kelly since the moment they met.
