The Demon King's squad had not yet had time to conduct a thorough search of the entire cave when sounds began to echo from above them.
Everyone looked up, discovering cracks forming above the passage.
"Bichu'er said that if he died, he wanted everyone in the cave to be buried with him."
The Dragon Race Maiden suddenly recalled Bichu'er's words and looked nervously at Shami.
It seemed like Bichu'er had done something.
Shami used the Demon King Ring to contact team members throughout the cave, planning an urgent retreat.
"Has anyone discovered anything special? If not, we need to leave."
Shami reached out and opened a Teleportation Gate beside her.
"No one has. We have no idea where Bichu'er hid the treasure."
The Elf Maiden, who had just been feeling dizzy, regained her senses after standing still for a while and connected with Shami's contact.
The Maiden was completely unaware that she had unknowingly eliminated the evil spirit, Bichu'er.
"Nothing discovered here either."
