Nighttime.
After Shami finished freshening up, he sensed something wasn't right. Standing at the villa entrance, he stood there dazed for ten minutes before anxiety began to set in, contemplating whether to step out for a bit.
Although knowing there's a high probability that nothing bad would happen, he couldn't help but worry.
Fortunately, the appearance of the girl slowly emerging from the shadows of the night eased his concerns.
"Lina, you're back?"
Seeing the fatigued white-haired girl, Shami stepped forward to check her condition. She was unharmed, and the cowlick on her head was intact.
"Did you chat with the teacher for a long time?"
The white-haired girl shook her head.
"Actually, I only chatted for an hour. Then, on the way back, I seemed to have taken the wrong paths a few times and got lost, that's why I came back so late."
The white-haired girl embarrassedly touched her cheek and, seeing Shami, her eyes brightened, "Were you specifically waiting for me, Shami?"
