Early the next morning, Clarky received an order from Bella Scott to keep an eye on Kobi Taylor's every move.
"Why do I have to follow Kobi Taylor?" Clarky was perplexed.
As Bella Scott's bodyguard, her safety should be the priority, so why would Bella Scott send her away?
"Just do as you're told, and don't ask why." Bella Scott said calmly.
Clarky was unhappy, "I should protect you. Let someone else handle such a trifle."
Bella Scott gave her a sharp glance which made her falter, "If it's for Brynn Williams that you're transferring me, this is a loss for a small gain. Nothing matters more than your safety. What do you think, Bella?"
Bella Scott almost laughed with anger.
She had no clue who hired these two bodyguards, who seemed to have their own ideas and needed constant pushing to work.
"Are you suggesting I should find another bodyguard?" Bella Scott asked lightly.
