Chapter 68 - 44:

The wheel of time never stops… at least, not if you are Ryoichi Senju. The world moved on, and time passed.

Ryoichi, after achieving his goal, became a silent character in the Elemental Nations. Many things he planned or created became useless to him. In this world, he became invincible.

The completion of his goal brought an emptiness that grew with each passing day. He used his family as a source to fill the gap, but it did not work.

He felt aimless and clueless about how to pass the time when his wife was busy with her work and his daughter was away on missions.

The events in the Elemental Nations mostly happened like they did in the original series, except with some minor differences.

The Uchiha never died. Itachi never deserted the village. Sasuke's rough phase never came. Minato and Kushina didn't die. Naruto grew up with family and love. Neji's father was never sacrificed. Obito and Rin got married. Orochimaru never deserted.

Despite all that, the Fourth Great Shinobi War still happened. Madara was still revived, and he still cast the Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Kaguya was unsealed and later defeated by the combined efforts of multiple heroes who rose in that era. One such hero was Senju Ayame.

Ryoichi watched all that with conflicted emotions. Life after the Fourth Shinobi War became even more monotonous.

But on one such boring day, Ryoichi was transported to an unknown location. Alarmed, Ryoichi looked around only to find no one.

He tried to teleport away, but to no avail. He tried to leave the place by other conventional means, but failed every time.

He started losing patience and sat in a lotus position, waiting for whoever was behind all this — and sure enough, he, or it, arrived. It was a being of tremendous power.

Ryoichi was alarmed and humbled in its presence. All his powers and knowledge were useless against the might of the being before him.

Despite the helplessness, he held on and looked into the eye of the being. His will had become too strong to despair in helplessness.

The being introduced itself and called itself the Almighty of the universe Ryoichi was residing in — and of the cluster of other universes surrounding it. He told him he was the one who had reincarnated him in this world.

What followed was an intense discussion, which led to Ryoichi accepting another reincarnation offer given by the Almighty.

It was an offer irresistible to Ryoichi, especially when he was aimless and his family refused to accept immortality.

The offer gave him another goal — a goal of reaching a level of power comparable to the being standing before him.

The world was a special one. It was one of the oldest and strongest worlds, but it had no owner or power system.

Now, with the Outer Gods targeting it, the world was desperately trying to create beings strong enough to fight the Outer Gods and protect itself from being devoured.

After hearing all that, Ryoichi was intrigued, but he did not understand what the being before him would gain from helping him.

He questioned the being, and the answer he received was quite simple. It seemed the endangered ancient world was the Almighty's homeworld, and he did not want it to be devoured by the Outers.

He had sent many other reincarnators into that world, and Ryoichi would not be special.

After a long negotiation, Ryoichi accepted the offer, but he would only reincarnate when he decided to.

The Almighty agreed and sent Ryoichi back to Konoha. After that, Ryoichi became busy. He made preparations for his inevitable reincarnation.

He created the Heaven's Arena and split his soul as a marker to this world. He threw himself into soul research, knowing he would have to start from zero. Even his divine soul needed to become mortal again to enter the reincarnation cycle of that world.

For almost a decade, Ryoichi's life fell into a monotonous cycle — spending time with his family, researching his soul, and strengthening the seals on Heaven's Arena Tower to last for millennia.

And finally, before the birth of his grandchild, he was able to make a major breakthrough. He managed to engrave his bloodline and DNA into his soul, making it the core of his very being.

He made it so that whichever body he ended up in, he would be able to regain all his advantages back in time.

And finally, after another decade, he reincarnated — after his beloved Tsunade died — bringing an end to this story.
