Bi Rui was sitting opposite Wu Long in a small tea house, as they waited for their order to arrive.
She was looking out of the window they sat by, a subtle smile on her face.
Her gaze then shifted to Wu Long without turning her head, but upon meeting his eyes looking straight at her, turned to look back at the street out of the window.
His subtle and content smile very slightly widened, an amused look appearing in his eyes.
Outside of the time they were intimate or certain moments when they were in each other's embrace, or had some sort of serious conversation, Bi Rui rarely looked straight into his eyes.
Especially when they were out in public on a date like this, she mostly looked at him when he wasn't looking at her.
He turned to look out of the window and with peripheral vision saw that she turned her gaze to him, a light blush appearing on her cheeks along with a blissful smile.
And then as he turned back to her, her gaze shifted again.
