My face twisted in anguish, my pupils shrank, and cold sweat streamed from my forehead.
"Mason..." Mabel Sean whispered softly.
Looking at my appearance, Mabel's heart ached in waves.

"What are you calling for?!" A person walked over beside them.

Mabel's tears flowed like a bursting dam, streaming down non-stop.

"If it wasn't for me, you wouldn't have had to suffer like this. I don't want you to be a hero among men, I just want you to be safe and sound..."
