"So, is this half-dragon girl also one of your Easter Eggs?" Akeno asked, her hands gently stroke his silky dark bluish hair as he rest his head on her lap. After failing to recruit Ruri, Sona returns to the Student Council with Tsubaki in tow. Kousuke then decides to seek out his other girlfriends, which led him back to Occult Research Club room.
Of course the reason he decided to tag along previously was because he wanted to see Ruri himself. He wasn't disappointed, she had truly awakened the dragon blood within her. However as it is only recent, the only change that happens to her were the horns. Unlike Issei and Vali who borrowed the dragon's power by their Sacred Gears, Ruri will awaken the dragon power with her own body. That's the difference between Ruri and them.
"Yes, and I honestly expect either Issei or Vali to get it, but this was rather unexpected to me," he said with closed eyes, enjoying her fingers curling in his hair. He had initially thought most dragons have disappeared from Earth, leaving the two Dragon Gods remaining, and some special cases of being sealed in Sacred Gears like Ddraig and Albion. And one of those Dragon God is making his Imaginary Spaces her home. Ophis doesn't seems to no longer care about the Dimensional Gap, he had even asked her one time and her response was peculiar to say the least. Some might even say shocking.
"If I stay in Dimensional Gap... I also need to watch out for annoying invaders, I wouldn't be able to take a nap properly. But your space is quiet... and peaceful, the best of the best."
Her words reminded him of Demon God, THEY too was an invader to Otherworld. But the most surprising fact was that these invaders came from the outer space. Dimensional Gap was akin to a barrier and at the same time, acts like a realm protecting Earth from these invaders. So if they wanted to lay waste on Earth, they must go through the guardian of the Dimensional Gap first. It used to be Ophis, until Great Red appeared and turned the whole place into its own territory. She could have used her power to drive them off, but their fight could potential break the whole dimension itself, which was something that none of them want to happen.
"I thought you say something like, the game could only manifesting the players potential in reality, but Mizuhana and Ruri cases doesn't give off that impression at all." Akeno muttered. On one hand, Motohama had been forced to becomes Mizuhana. Then on the other hand, Ruri is taking a step to becoming half-dragon. The latter at least retained her gender and appearance but the former, she will have no choice but to change her whole lifestyle. After all, Mizuhana now have to live with the fact that she will be the poor girl that the boys will likely peek in the changing room.
"Well, they are the rare ones. I mean what are the chances that someone has dragon heritage in their bloodline? Maybe Issei's future children," Kousuke said with a chuckle. He couldn't help but wonder if the children will inherit his friend's perverted nature. For someone who wanted to be a Harem King, it wouldn't be surprising if he made a lot of children.
"Children..." Akeno muttered softly, she stares blankly at the table as if her mind were elsewhere. They had done a lot of the deeds, and most of them was without protection. She didn't think much at the time, after all, Kousuke had told them, his girlfriends, that he can control his sperm so every shot doesn't carry any risk of them getting pregnant. And true to his words, none of them showed any sign of pregnancy.
As for whether they wanted kids, each of them have different opinions to it. Yasaka for example, she wouldn't mind having some children since Kunou would have little siblings to play with. She even looks forward to it, but Kousuke weren't ready to be a father just yet. For that, Akeno also shared similar thought.
The half-fallen wouldn't mind having children with him, however, she considered herself unprepared for such life. Amongst his harem, only Yasaka and Morgan wouldn't mind if they do end up pregnant. The latter is especially obsessed with keeping up with the hierarchy between them, and as the main wife, the witch wanted to be the first one to have his babies if he were ready for it.
Tsubaki on the other hand were rather neutral to this. To her, that day will comes eventually. It is just the matter of time.
"You don't like kids, don't you?" Kousuke asked, pulling her out of stupor. A helpless smile surfaces on her face as she speaks.
"Rather than dislikes, I just don't know how to handle them. They are quite rowdy and were made from bundle of chaos."
"Hm? But that's the best part of kids. They have zero self preservation that they wouldn't hesitate to jump off a cliff." Kousuke cheekily said, which only causes her to lightly pinched his cheek.
"You say that because those are stranger's kids."
"Well yeah, if it was my kid, they wouldn't jump off a cliff. They would fly into the sky instead... maybe, I don't know if they will inherit any of my powers." He answered with a thoughtful look on his face. He hadn't put much thought to it before, but if a child were born between him and Yasaka—wouldn't they have quite the firepower? His powers and the nine tails would make the child a rather formidable individual when they grew older. At the very least they won't have problem leading a peaceful life.
"That's true, knowing you, even if they didn't inherit any power, you would still give them some accessories that allow them to fly." Akeno muttered amusedly. She can vividly envisioned such future where Kousuke would go out of his way to make his less fortunate kid feels normal growing up with his other blessed children, giving them toys that no normal kid should ever possessed.
"That's why I don't want to have kids yet, I would be such a spoiled father to them," he said with a wry smile. If they ask him for a world to conquer, he might really just grab Mars from the outer space and gift it to them on their birthday.
