"Alright, the trial can now proceed." Judge Kousuke said calmly. His expression appears neutral, as if anything they said won't move him until they provides solid evidence. He had no biased, nor preference in this court. As a partial judge, it is his job to only deem right and wrong based on logical reasoning. "Prosecutor Oppai Dragon, you may begin."
"Thank you, Your Honor." Issei slowly stood up from his seat and walks toward the front of the class. Then, he plastered an A4 paper to the whiteboard with a tape. People could see a printed picture of a young girl who looks rather focus in class. In fact, the one snapping the picture seems to have done it discreetly from looking at the shot. "As you can see, this is our defendant. Even from this angle, she still looks cute and no one would think this used to be a man."
"Hey, wait a minute. Who took that sneaky picture? Come out!" Mizuhana remarked with a frown. She doesn't remember hearing any shutter during class, that can only means that they must have suppressed the sound really well. Thus, it wasn't done by average creeps. The culprit must be professional.

"Please do not speaks unless asked." Kousuke said with a serious look on his face. However, the corner of his mouth twitched slightly as if restraining a laugh. "Prosecutor, continue."
"Well then, our defendant claim that the game 'Infinite Crisis' were the one that turned them into a girl, which might I add, was nothing but bold lies! The truth is, the defendant must have been a cute girl from the beginning! She was only pretending to be the ugly and perverted Motohama and fooled us all!" Issei said as he pointed his finger accusingly at Mizuhana. The judge nodded approvingly before turning to the defendant. "Do you have anything to say against that?"
"Are you serious? We literally had stroke our weapons together before while doing our research! Even Matsuda was there! How can I even made up a lie for something like that?! You have seen my excalibur just as I have seen yours!" The defendant threw logic at the Prosecutor. Her words rang true as the latter faltered, recalling such event truly did happens in the past.
"Is what our defendant said true? You three have fapped together in a room? Like together with the boys thing?" Judge Kousuke asked solemnly, but he couldn't stop the corner of his lips from curling up. The small crowd sitting on the public gallery(at the further end of the classroom) couldn't help but showed variety of reaction to hearing such information. The girls especially looks rather disgusted, not even Rias could look at her boyfriend, ashamed by this newfound info about him.
"Alright, alright! It's true! Please stop mentioning it again!" The Prosecutor admitted his defeat with his face burning up from embarrassment. He went back to his seat, though not before passing the second Prosecutor, Baldy Matsuda. The latter pat him in the shoulder as if saying leave the rest to him. Then he begins walking toward the blackboard, his intention remained unknown but the creepy smile on his face gives off such a foreboding intuition.
"I, the handsome Prosecutor Matsuda shall reveal the truth!" He suddenly exclaimed with a pose he considered cool, but no one reacted. If this was summer season, crickets might have been the background noise to this awkward situation. Though the person himself doesn't seem bothered by it. "Ah, such a warm welcome. Please, there's no need to fight, everyone will have my number by the end of this trial!"
"No one wanted your numbers.' The spectators all shared the same thoughts.
"Umm..." Before Matsuda could begin however, someone raised up their hand from the gallery. Judge Kousuke immediately allowed them to speak with his hand gesture, and Valerie slowly stood up.
"Why are we doing this in an empty classroom all of sudden? The school's already over..."
"That's right, you gathered everyone here so I thought it was something important. But instead, we get this... tomfoolery." Rias muttered with a sigh. "Sure, it's shocking that Motohama is now Mizuhana, but can't you do something about it? It's your game after all."
"...What?" Mizuhana was stunned, her mind couldn't comprehend what she just heard. No, she instinctively denied it. After all, it was as if someone had told her that she had ran into the murderer of her family, and asked for his help to investigate the murder case. "What do you mean by that?"
"Huh? I thought you knew..." Rias muttered with startled. Then she swiftly turned to look at Kousuke, who suddenly finds the teacher's table rather interesting. Her eyebrows twitched at his ignorant act, 'wait a minute, this must be one of the many easter eggs in his game... what a horrible guy, I like it!'
"N-No, I mean this whole thing you guys are doing, the court trial thingy? It was part of his game, yeah." Rias said rather unconvincingly. At this point, those in the knows immediately realized what's going on. After all, some of them were the first to experience the capsule during the alpha stage of the game. Even Issei didn't finds it surprising that Kousuke could do something like this. He had experienced those changes himself. Even now, Ddraig has his own body and were staying in the basement of his new house. The Red Dragon seems to be a little invested in mecha manga at the moment.
"That's right! This was all just a game!" Issei said, he wasn't going to let this whole thing went down the drain. He must back them up. The current 'Motohama' looks much more pleasing to look anyway, the Oppai Dragon is almost certain that she wouldn't even mind staying in her new body once she realized the truth. Of course it was all just his one-sided feeling.
"You two are acting pretty strange, what are you hiding?" Mizuhana muttered, her tone filled with suspicion. Even a dense blockhead like her were starting to notice that something wasn't quite right. When Issei and Matsuda had caught up to her, she already given up on running away. She could still continues for some strange reasons, she was even barely breathing heavily unlike Matsuda. But their stubbornness was what stopped her, she had a feeling they could go on till the next coming week.

"It looks like the trial will have to come to an unfortunate stop, for now." Judge Kousuke suddenly stated, his voice immediately pulling everyone's attention toward him as if it was part of his plan. "I have been called for another case, mind you. So we will continue this until further due."
"Wait a minute, why does it feels like you're trying to dodge my question? Am I the only one feeling something isn't quite right here?"
"No such a thing, then I will go on ahead. Let's go, Seele." He said rather quickly, before pulling Valerie to the hallway. He then teleported her straight to the living room before the others could get out of the classroom, though not before informing the dhampir to make her own food because he might be late today. Only then did he finally disappeared from the school premise, his full body then recreated in the Imaginary Space.
