Ilura was located in the slopes of a beautiful mountain called the Great Kamehamaha mountain. Legends says that this mountain created with a legendary level 8000 plus great sage called Saiyan had used his ultimate move here. The name of that ultimate move was same as the mountain.
That move was obviously very destructive but as destruction could be considered as a prelude to creation, it was also filled with the aura of creation. With this and because of the special qualities of this area, this mountain had given birth to various unique things which were also extremely beautiful.
This was exactly the place where Elena and the girls were planning to go in order to rest for a bit. Even though Rosalie was able to move her body a little bit after some time had passed, she was still feeling very weak physically.
