Daohua returned to the main courtyard with Daozi, only to find Daomang had already been made to laugh by Gu Jian, and was chasing after Gu Jian together with Daomiao.
Xiao Yeyang saw the mother and child return, and noticing that Daozi's brows were relaxed without the previous listlessness and confusion, he felt relieved and smiled walking towards Daozi: "Go and play with your brother and sister."
Daozi smiled, nodded, and with open arms, pounced towards Gu Jian and the twins: "Old ancestor, I'll be the eagle, you be the mother hen, protecting the chicks, my brother and sister."
Gu Jian, laughing heartily, shielded the twins behind him and indeed started playing games with the three little ones.
