Luo An bent down, found a cell phone in the pocket of the leading black-clad enemy, randomly sent a message to Mona, then stood up, looked at the familiar face before him, and laughed:
"Now, what do you think, do you still believe I'm the one who killed Pearson, Captain Horst?"
The group of FBI outside the apartment were from the Monitoring Department that had previously searched Luo An's home, led, of course, by their chief Horst.
The Monitoring Department, armed with a search warrant, searched the apartment. Using "emotional perception," Luo An found that Yurik was the one with a problem, which gave him the idea to make use of Horst and his people from the Monitoring Department.
The reason was simple: Luo An was now unable to determine which agents, aside from the high-ranking officials of the Los Angeles Branch and outside their Special Investigation Team, had issues and which did not.
