Kelly was certain he wasn't the only one who was dumbstruck by the huge canopy bed he found in his room. The room was so luxurious that he couldn't fully relax in it, and he was bothered by something else.
"It looked like they were compelling us to sleep for some reason."
The pope and the instructors they were going to train with were almost forcing them to go to sleep Kelly could not understand the reason why, as he kept on thinking about that he groaned.
"UAHHHHH…, anyway I can't think anymore" he'd already experienced quite the hectic day, so he was tired. He flopped down on his bed and fell asleep almost instantly as the tension drained out of him.
As Kelly opened his eyes, he found himself floating in an unfamiliar dimension. Frustration welled up inside him, and he couldn't help but exclaim, "AGAIN? What's with these strange dreams lately?" He glanced around, searching for answers. In front of him, two lights beckoned, an ethereal purple and a pure white. Perplexed, he felt a chill down his spine seeing the familiar sight, unsure of what to do. After mustering his courage, he cautiously reached out his hands to touch the lights. In that moment, he abruptly woke up from his slumber. "What? Nothing happened this time," he muttered to himself. Glancing outside, he realized that the sun was already up. He reassured himself by touching his body, relieved to find no lingering pain like before.
"Now...What's the meaning of this?"
As Kelly was bewildered, he couldn't hear the sounds of constant knocking. Suddenly the door flew open, and he found a worried maid there. After apologizing for making her worry the maid told him about the urgent summons the pope issued. After washing his face and tidying himself up, the maid led him to training grounds where most of his classmates were already there.
Sumire upon noticing Kelly ran up to him in hurry and after taking some deep breaths greeted him like usual.
"Good morning, Kelly"
"Ah Good morning, you know you don't have to push yourself that hard"
Kelly said worriedly but contrary to his expectations Sumire replied in an excited tone.
"NO what are you talking about!!, this is another world yesterday I was a little confused but just think about right now we are in a whole different world than ours and anyways if I was summoned here alone than I guess that would have been terrible but I was summoned together with you, then there is no need to be scared of right?"
Kelly was surprised to say the least, he couldn't understand what was happening in front of him. He rubbed his eyes once again to wake him up from his trance-like state. Sumire, who was so shy and unenthusiastic about everything was right now leaping in joy in front of him. Kelly had never seen this side of her, Kelly subconsciously took a step back, when Sumire realized that she controlled her emotions and talked once again.
"Oh, I I I am sorry I didn't mean it like that it just I am happy that I am not alone"
Kelly, who understood it all too well, took a step forward, closing the distance between them, and replied to Sumire in a Gentle tone.
"Yes, you are right even I am happy I am not alone and have you with me"
