Meanwhile in Alterra, the planning for Phase two of the new area's development had already begun.
Implementation might take a while, and not yet the priority, but the outline was already being made, especially since it would go through a huge amount of revisions and the like, going through various departments.
This would also give them a sort of road map in the town's future development.
The usual wide avenues would be extended, there would be hotels, motels, and the like per zone. A certain percentage, as always, would be dedicated per zone, especially farming and industrial zones, which were Alterra's lifeblood.
They would add some more private lease farmland too, to encourage more people to farm on their own, and also to add variety to their produce.
