Althea now stood in the hiring array, swiping through her options. Since she had a few, she would usually be choosy with the first five and have more stringent requirements before hiring, and then filling up the rest of the slots with a lower minimum.
Usually, her bare minimum was level 14 fighter or professional. For Village level, this was already a powerhouse and a sufficient injection of force.
One would ask how did the chancery work in the first place?
One of the requirements for this was that the hiree must be within the chancery's grounds. Their 'profile' would only appear among the options found in Centers if they were within its lot.
It was also why they had to pay accommodations in there too. It was their reason to make their profile as attractive as possible without lying (which wasn't allowed by oath) and prevent anyone from trying to room for free by making unattractive profiles.
