After a bit of small talk, Betty soon excused herself and left the two men alone. Anyway, she was meaning to go shopping a bit. Most men didn't enjoy shopping, and this included Tom. He was just too mild-mannered to complain.
Rather, if he found out she'd do a lot of shopping, he'd insist on coming regardless of how bored he'd be.
He also said it was so someone would carry her stuff, forgetting they had decent spaces and…she had a higher level than him. She could carry him if she wanted to, so a few shopping bags definitely weren't enough to make her arms tired.
Anyway, back to the two men, Tom took the Lord to the Specialty Store, which had a lot of new items and stock.
Each time he went there, Michael was amazed. By this time, there was an even a bigger variety than before. There were even small electric appliances available now!
The most common 'low energy' items there, except for lighting, were small fans, analog clocks, kettles, slow cookers, thermostats, and so on.
