The crowd was stunned. Their boss who had been their boss for many years had been defeated, and was now dead. It was beyond their comprehension that the man whom they had watched single handedly defeated 100 men was now defeated, and defeated by a young girl at that. Their shock lasted only a brief moment before the audience kneeled down. "We greet the boss."
The woman who served as the judge had a strange glint in her eyes. The woman walked up to Alex, and introduced herself. "My name is Claire, and I'm one of the 9 elders of the Dark Street Organisation."
Alex was noticeably stunned. This woman was clearly a rather powerful person, why would she come to this godforsaken place for no reason? After all an elder of the Dark Street was certainly both powerful, and busy.
As if noticing her thoughts, Claire simply told Alex that she was passing by, and decided to come take a look.
Claire, as one of the 9 elders, and the most influential, and powerful of the 9 elders certainly had some methods, and she found it strange that Alex's strength could be so powerful at such a low level. Especially her speed which was incredibly shocking, even someone as powerful as her could barely keep up, what more the former boss.
"I would like to take you in as my disciple. If you agree I can hand you the Dark Street Organisation as long as you do well."
A mischievous smile danced on the lips of the scantily clad woman as she watched Alex's reaction.
Indeed her reaction was rather interesting. A pause before a pondering look, and then one of excitement.
"I'll agree to it."
"Well as my first, and only disciple I certainly have to teach you, and the first thing I'm going to teach you is how to manage your new Dark Street."
Claire taught Alex how to properly control a Dark Street with an iron grip. Claire was astonished with how fast Alex learned, but that was simply due to the fact that Alex already had very powerful management skills in the real world, and Redemption Online was so realistic that management of an organisation like Dark Street wasn't much different from an illegal business.
Alex just needed to learn the basics to convert all of her knowledge over.
Once Claire finished teaching about management, it was time to test her knowledge. Alex organised the entire street properly, and even Claire was shocked at some of the ideas that Alex had. It completely revolutionised her thought process, and she was thoroughly impressed.
Next Claire brought Alex to the teleportation circle inside of the Dark Street. This was one of the many places you could teleport to a city from. The city they were headed to was called Blue Sky City, and it was also under the jurisdiction of the Endormet Empire. It was a middle tier city, and the magistrate was only around level 130. As such the more powerful underground forces could easily rule over the city.
Claire brought her new disciple to the headquarters of the Dark Street where she would announce her new disciple as well as the new heir to the Dark Street.
