There are only three true thousand-year-old temples remaining in Da Feng. This one atop Heavenly Mountain occupies one of them, positioned at a high location, built from stone near the Sky Pole. It has no majestic main hall, no luxurious decorations, nor a flourishing incense, yet it has stood there for a thousand years.
At the top of the temple's tower is a small bell that rings crisply when the wind blows.
At that time, in front of the ancient temple, stood someone dressed in a dark red monk's robe, with one arm exposed, holding a strand of Buddha Beads, slowly moving them, watching Qin Liuxi and her group approaching step by step.
"Amitabha Buddha, Junior Temple Master travels far and wide, yet I, the humble monk Fan Kong, failed to greet you from afar." The young monk placed his hand upon his chest and performed a Buddhist salute.
