The newly dug and refilled small Lotus Pond was murky. Qin Liuxi gazed intently at it, noticing that as the soil was excavated, the previously weak Golden Fortune Energy became clearer, yet it was still rapidly dissipating.
Qin Liuxi stood by the pond, forming a Sealing with both hands, and conjured a talisman out of thin air, casting it into the pond. The Golden Fortune Energy then formed a thin line, drifting upward from a certain spot under the water.
"Here, have someone go down and check; if there's something, take it out," Qin Liuxi instructed.
Mr. Su signaled a person, who jumped back into the pond and began to search as directed by Qin Liuxi.
The Lotus Pond was not large, nor was it very deep. The inner walls of the pond were built of stone. One of the small hidden pathways was connected to a creek within the Su Mansion, whereas the creek drew a section of the water from the external moat to become a flowing stream.
