Oren and the man appeared in a different place entirely. Oren stared in bewilderment at the beautiful structure.
"Dark nix sect headquarters, What a beautiful site" Oren said, staring at the magnificent structure with a glimmer in his eyes. It was done with white and black marbles and built like an ancient temple with an emblem of a dark Phoenix hanging on the top of the building.
"A room has been prepared for you. Let me warn you just because you are a little strong and have potential, don't go picking fights with anyone or KAAK" The man said, slashing his hand across his throat has he made that final remark as they walked into the building. Oren looked around with amazement. The inside was even more beautiful than the outside. It had a picturesque feeling with the high ceilings and all.
"Kid, you can admire it later" The man said, pulling Oren to the front desk.
"This is Gracie. Anything you want to know about anything as a junior sect member you will come to her" The man said, She was a graceful and beautiful--looking brunette with a giant cleavage. She smiled at Oren his face turning red a little.
"I'm Oren Marsh, I will be excited for you to help me. I think that it is the way it goes," Oren said, scratching his head a little
"Let's go to your room Gracie the keys" The man said, She handed him the key, He turned his head signaling for Oren to follow him, which Oren did.
They arrived at the firm for junior sect members. Oren was shown his room, '209'.
"When you hear a loud siren that signals that the initiation ceremony is about to start," The man said, before walking away, Oren walked in. It was just an average-sized room with a closet and a door beside the bed opening the bed it was a tiny bathroom.
"Barely enough space for a bath" Oren said, with a disappointed look, and began unloading his stuff in the closet. After that, he crashed unto the bed and started at the ceiling for a while, thinking about what he had done.
"No need to brood I did what I had to let me go check this place out" Oren said, jumping to his feet, taking a quick shower, changing clothes and headed out. Oren wandered around a bit, getting to the place there were numerous people. Oren didn't bother with anyone and scoped out the place.
*SCREECH* A loud sound reverberated round the whole building.
"It's just a freaking loud bird call" Oren said, covering his ears and headed for the main hall.
"Junior sect members report to the main hall, the initiation ceremony is about to begin" A voice that could be heard clearly. Oren arrived at the main hall checking for his number 209 taking his seat. After a few minutes of waiting, the light pointed towards the stage. A handsome man with big bags under his eyes looked disgruntled as he stood on stage. The murmuring in the hall was immediately stopped.
"I'm Leo, your junior sect master, I'm a ten star dark mage. I'm to welcome you kids into the prestigious dark nix sect. You should understand the weight of what that means. You will have to be the best of the best, your opponents in the future will be the strongest people in the universe. Not only that, but you will engage in grueling training to train you to become the strongest people in the universe. Listen to whatever the organization asks you to do and, most importantly, have total faith in our deity and lord 'The dark phoenix' and he will protect you. Now, one after the other you will come up to the dark orb injecting your energy into it and receive a blessing from our lord" Leo said, an orb appeared beside as he uttered the remaining words. It was done according to number and the emblem of the dark Phoenix would appear on a part of their body, and they returned to their seat also handed their membership card.
"Let's see what the Phoenix has for me," Oren said, as it was finally his turn, he walked down to the stage and placed his hand on the orb and his eyes went dark, and he appeared on a different plane. The air was heavy, making it hard for Oren to breathe with sweat dripping from his body and his hand shaking.
"Kid, you are unique. Your energy is different from anything I have felt since the beginning of my life." Oren heard a deep voice which caused him to tremble. He looked up to see a gigantic bird that seemed to be engulfed in black flames.
"Here, take this special gift from me, it will help you a lot" It said, placing its beak on Oren's head, who closed his eyes opening it back he was back in the main hall and an emblem had appeared close to his heart. Oren heard the audible gasp from everyone looking around he had huge dark fiery wings on his back, to his surprise, and they immediately went back in. Sweat was all over his face as he walked back to his seat after receiving his membership card. The event was over quickly and Oren had made friends with his next – door neighbors, a beautiful girl named Lisa and an average looking boy, Brett, who lived in rooms 208 and 210 respectively. Oren rushed to his room after the event because of a weird feeling he had in his body.
"There is something different in my body" Oren said, he sat down to meditate, and he saw something different in his body except from the four elements he had previously learned a round dark fire separate from the remaining elements.
"Phoenix flames" Oren said, opening his eyes and visible excitement on his face, he manifested it on his hands and smiled before putting it out.
"I need to go check about the wings" Oren said, walking towards the place where Gracie was.
"Please, where is the library? " Oren asked, she pointed towards the left.
"It's at the end of the hallway "She replied, Oren dashed towards the library, entering the library, started searching for books on the dark Phoenix. Oren took a total of three books and checked it out with the librarian with his membership card. He was returning to his room and he saw his two neighbors walking together.
"Are you okay?" They asked.
"I'm fine, just had to do something urgent" Oren replied, with a smile appearing on his face.
"They are serving in the cafeteria if you are hungry," Lisa said.
"I'm ok, thank you, buy" Oren said, entering the room and began reading about the history of the dark Phoenix and the formation before falling asleep while reading.
