You see, the secret to a happy life is a happy wife. Well, it explains why my life was so shit when the local waifu equilvalent were a bunch of hyper zealous nuns with guns. Who would probably smash my dick in if I missed the three hourly prayer sessions that each lasted an hour.
Otherwise? The lady guardsmen? Yeah nope, that was very much a conflict of interest as they were my soldiers and would make commanding them very fucking complicated.
Hence, my Waifu time as a reincarnator was just about making bigger and more outlandish weapons and armor! Because I couldn't even make an android waifu without getting fucking lynched either!
At least I couldn't until I got rid of the Custodes, and the Sisters of Battle. Either way, after the soul fulfilling moment that was having some good old hamburgers and some rootbeer float's.
I got back to work.
Making the Wave Motion Gun be attached to the ship and the mile-long energy cannon was... It was a work in progress as even with literally several thousand mini-fabricators working toward's its completion.
It was going to be a few more days for it to be done. No the real progress I had thankfully made were Nova Bombs which created a black hole for a few minutes and then tossed towards a sun before it would explode.
The sun would go supernova earning its name, which would obviously destroy damn near anything in the system. And the explosion would also destabilise and get rid of the tiny black hole.
And of course, I had also created a healthy dozen planet-killing Virus Bombs filled with my own special blend of the Life Eater Virus that would especially eat spiritual flesh and supernatural energy to fuel itself.
So when the gases created by the new Life Eater Virus were ignited... Not only would would they burn in the physical realm, the spiritual plague I had created would also burn the very Warp itself.
'The hope is that in lighting the very fucking Warp on fire, is that even Nurgle and the rest of them will be too stunned and hurt by the spiritual plague to react.' I mused as I was checking the cyclonic torpedo's that I planned to use to physically destroy the planet.
Once my special spiritual plague hopefully stripped the planet of it's spiritual protection.
"How are the metanatural wards on the ship holding?" I asked firmly towards one of the bridge men.
The man shifted his info screens and I could see it from across the room even as he said. "Wards are holding at ninety-four percent strength my lord."
I nodded as I knew all too well that even if we weren't traveling through the Warp itself like other Imperium ships. We were still literally flying through the Eye of Terror, so Warp BS were more than possible.
And I didn't want the fucking Watcher In The Rain, Samus, or any other 'horror' themed demon who loved to terrorize people especially to sneak onto my ship.
Then just to spite my words, I saw the ward's signal spread across the ship come up on my helmet's HUD as something hit the bottom of my ship with a spiritual attack that attempted to shrink space to enter the ship.
'Ward integrity down for the next five minutes in the bottom of the ship... Fuck it, I got an easy solution in face for anything.' I thought and then I opened up a line to a Custodian hiding with perfect stillness in a cargo container. In the Titan manufacturing plant part of the ship.
"Warp denizens are pressing through the wards of the ship on the bottom half in section 14G, please head there and watch for any incursions," I spoke to the Custodian.
There was a brief pause before the Custodian's voice spoke out in a dull timber. "You have the paranoia of an Inquisitor... It will help you live longer."
And I watched as the silently walking Custodian in power armor strode out of the room and heading towards where I ordered, and then I likewise sent a small detachment of Sister's to go patrol the area as well.
I was being as careful as I physically could... As I really didn't want any demons sucking up the souls and minds of my guardsmen, as the secrets they had of my super soldier enhancements and other things could be problematic if some Heretic Space Marine Legions heard about it.
If Fabius Bile of the Emperor's Children heard about it especially...
That would be very bad to say the least.
I paused as I realized something a bit... Annoying.
The bridge was darker then it should have been. The lights themselves were working at their normal lumen production and using the same amount of power. But no, the bridge was visibly darkened with dark shadows.
So I knew exactly the damned cause. Corvus Corax was busy doing his normal spooky shit and I could tell the two Custodian's on the bridge also knew as they had moved from standing behind my throne/captain's seat to stand on the sides of the seat to cover my sides.
This made me especially feel awkward as hell as although the guardsmen working at the helm and bridge knew something was up with their super soldier senses. They couldn't put their finger on it.
And probably just thought it was being in the Eye of Terror was playing with their minds despite the wards around the ship itself.
'It's only been a day... And I am already tweaking after having a Primarch on my ship. Then again he is the most un-nerving besides the Night Lords Primarch Konrad Curze.
