Chapter 200 - Story 11 Great Great Asset Chapter 16

I looted a few Primordial Energy Items or PEI items from the remains of the vampires along with Ada Wong... And afterward, I moved Mizuhara's body into the gym I previously cleared out so I could put her on a nice soft gym mat and cover her up with another mat.

It wasn't like I had a shovel to give Mizuhara a proper burial in any case. But... Once I calmed down, once I truly got my head back on straight. I processed the information that my sponsor was still looking out for me.

"Mizuhara is just... Sleeping basically." I muttered with relief as I forced the thought into my mind. Just mentally smothering my grief and anger at being so stupid as to walk up to strangers and getting involved with their trouble.

But beyond my emotional turmoil, I knew I needed to get my shit back in order. I needed to continue collecting the Primordial Energy Items so I could get the potential cheat so I could leave this shithole and make Mizuhara a body for her soul.

'Ok... Time to find out what is inside the main school building.' I thought as I readied my shotgun, that had unlimited ammo for its magazine and I made my way over to the five-story tall huge, square school building.

And as soon as I came up to the glass doors, I hummed in thought, seeing there were more of those frozen-in-time zombies that were locked in place as they seemingly hibernated or something.

I pulled Mizuhara's Vector off my back, and then I hummed as I used its silencer to begin popping the heads of the zombies standing at the front entranceway, with the zombies turning towards me at the still-sharp sounds of the vector going off.

'Yup... This whole instance was a full school turned into some weird zombie shithole.' I thought as dozens, several dozens in fact, of zombies began striding towards me from the hallways leading to the entryway.

So I just stayed in the entryway, allowing the zombies to trip over the corpses of their fallen kin as I took my time shooting the zombies in the head with the sub-machine gun at less than five yards away, meaning I didn't have to worry about missing any shots.

And this process took several minutes, maybe even up to half an hour, as a couple of dozen zombies trickled in every minute at the very least, with them seemingly never-ending and needing myself to actually sell the piles of zombie corpses that were only worth a single point each.

But hey, a single zombie corpse wasn't worth much, sure. But what if I spent an hour killing several hundred? Even a thousand zombies? Those points added up then. And it wasn't like I had to sell each one manually.

My bracelet would just fly off and teleport whole piles of the zombies without issue in that pillar of light that transported them out of this universe, where the Primordial Energy would be siphoned away.

Soon enough, the trickle of zombies came to a stop, and after waiting and even shooting my much louder shotgun to get more zombies' attention. I dealt with the last few zombies and then began truly making my way into the school.

"Need some food... So let's head to the cafeteria.' I muttered as I followed the map near the entranceway that would lead me to the cafeteria, which was on the ground floor, thankfully.

Heading down one of the long hallways, I heard my bracelet buzz as I went by the administration offices, and I shrugged and went to open the door... But it was locked, so I used the skeleton key known as slug shotgun rounds to blow off the lock and then kicked open the door the rest of the way.

My shotgun roared with more shots ringing out as I took out the half dozen zombies that had been locked inside the administration room, where I found three PEI items that amounted to a grand total of a hundred points and some change.

Then I made my way back towards the cafeteria where there surprisingly wasn't actually any zombies and after using the 'skeleton key' again to break the locks leading into the back kitchens I went to the pantry and picked up some dried food and other preserved food I could keep with the perishable food I still needed to eat from that weird Micheal Myers subdivision I went through.

'I wonder how Yang, Sinder, and the rest of those people are doing.' I thought, as I now knew quite firmly, that even the outsider people who were inserted into this universe weren't going to be so friendly.

Though that group was on the better side, which made sense with the brash, hyper-social people that seemingly made up the core of the group.

Either way with my cargo backpack filled with non-perishable food, I continued exploring the school by heading up to the second floor where the classrooms were going to start as the rest of the first level was just lockers, offices, and other things that didn't make my bracelet sound off for the Primordial Energy Items.

And as I came up to the second floor, my face twisted as I realized how this shit was going to go down. As each classroom was stuffed with a full class's worth of zombies that were clearly agitated at having heard all my previous gunshots.

But they were unable to break through the metal doors to free themselves and exit the classroom. 'Oh... This is a school shooter's dream.' I thought as I first shot out the reinforced but nowhere-bulletproof small glass panel in the door.

So I could begin shooting the zombies from the safety of a metal door separating me from the zombies, and then after killing all the zombies slowly and methodically, I shot the locks off the doors and sold all the zombie corpses and PEI items my bracelet picked up..

Hours passed, as I methodically did the grizzly work... Until a loud booming noise rang out as I made my way up to the fourth floor, where I noticed the PEI items were getting more valuable and the zombies seemingly more durable.

As I highly doubted my slugs were getting lower amounts of gunpowder or whatever with each shot. But as I reached the fourth floor, my slug rounds... Slug rounds wouldn't even leave exit wounds on the zombies I've been killing.

'Uh oh.' I thought, and I quickly backtracked as I heard a series of heavy rumblings, where I then went to the opposite staircase across from the noises, and then I saw the source of the noises as a massive zombie just fell down the opposite staircase down the hall.

It looked like a Tank from Left for Dead... But instead of just bit arms and an upper body. Its upper body was swelled with muscles while its lower body was seemingly swollen obscenely with blood and what looked like pulsing organs that kept its bloated with muscles upper body working.

Without a moments delay, I flipped the switch from semi-auto on my shotgun to full-auto and then I began shooting the big bastard with my automatic shotgun.

The sounds of loud gunfire deafened me as I had scraps of cloth stuffed into my ears to protect them from the true volume of the gunfire. And as soon as a few of the rounds hit the monster's chest it roared and raised up one of its massive arms to cover its too small for its body head and began a weird hopping charge towards me with its one arm dragging it forward.

'The rounds are hurting it. But that's a lot of weird flesh for the slugs to get through.' I thought with a small frown as I began backtracking through the school as I could run faster than it could throw itself with only a single arm.

This process lasted until I got all the way outside of the school with its arm held up to protect its head from the crater of what it once was. As it was seemingly smart enough to know its head was its only weak point.

But once I got out into the open outside I was able to get a great deal more space away from the monster where I used both the AA12 and the Vector to spray their unlimited ammo into the monster until inevitably the arm it had over its head fell apart.

Where I was able to finally begin shooting the bastard in its head when it couldn't support its great upper body on a single oversized arm and protect itself at the same time.

And I spent literally five minutes shooting the thing in the head until I could see how its skull had fully shattered with its corrupted brain matter having been destroyed with its body having fallen still beyond the tremors occurring whenever bullets shredded through some brain matter.

"Alright time to see how much this thing is worth," I said with some exhaustion as my body was fucking exhausted after doing all the clears and I wanted to get to one of the classrooms or something and board it up so I could catch a couple of hours of sleep.

Going up to the monster my bracelet naturally zipped over and I sold the massive zombie monster for a grand total of... A hundred and twenty-three points. Which rounded out my total points to 2300 points after dealing with all the zombies and selling the PEI items I came across in the school.

I jolted as a female voice spoke up. "Want to trade a PEI item for some food?"

I whirled to the side and my face twitched as I saw standing silently atop the building housing the massive school's air conditioner building and other shit was two women.

Both with differing shades of brown hair, but one had also dark brown eyes, and the other in contrast had grey eyes. And the one with grey eyes was wearing a rather revealing robe with a chain keeping her massive cleavage from being exposed to the word while the other was wearing a miko-like outfit with a short skirt.

A short skirt... That wasn't hiding a damned thing as I could see her underwear without any issue.

But it was the chain holding the other girl's sweater pillows from the world that allowed me to realize who the two beautiful women were and how they came from the same series.

'Akitsu... And Musubi from Sekirei?' I thought as I kept my guard up and after a moment I said frankly. "The cafeteria still has plenty of non-perishable food along with more food in the freezer."

Both girls shared a look before Musubi giggled and said her tapping one of her MMA glove-covered fists against her head. "Hehe... We both somehow start fires when we are making rice with a pressure cooker. So uhm, could you cook us food for the PEI?"
