All that would be useful for would be to lead a healthy and long life, even if encountering various diseases or other harmful things that could affect their state of health.
The mother possessed such a Quirk, and she was an ordinary person without the skills and knowledge to take advantage of such a Quirk to its fullest potential.
Such a Quirk could be applied in places that dealt with all kinds of hazardous threats since she would be immune to them and would be able to enter such contaminated areas without being harmed.
It would be just as easy for such a Quirk to let her work on such things and to find cures.
If it were possible to find ways to harness her Quirk, like researching her antibodies, then perhaps she could be used to prevent many dangers that could wipe out many from such things spreading.
That type of Quirk could just as easily be targeted by those who would have other ideas to take advantage of it, and that was where Tiffany came in.

Such intentions could be quite easily understood by most from the moment they would learn of what her body was capable of.
From the moment they learned about it and coveted her body, she would be subjected to all kinds of experiments, and she would be used until her death.
Her ordinary life would be turned upside down, and she would have no way to escape such a fate.
Even her husband would be unable to do anything about it, as he would be too powerless to stop it.
All that he would be able to do was to ask for help from the police or the heroes, but perhaps even that would be too late.
Once she was captured and confined by powerful people, especially those who had underworld connections, there was little that could be done about it.
If she were well hidden and those who held her had enough power and influence, then it would not be so easy to get to her in time.
