"Oh? What exactly does this watch do?" Kaido asked, looking at Yuri. Yuri slowly responded, "The Omnitrix can autonomously collect the bloodline factors of Devil Fruit users, allowing the wearer to gain their corresponding abilities. As long as it keeps collecting, the person wearing the Omnitrix could theoretically possess all the Devil Fruits in this world."
"Well, maybe not all of them. Replicating Logia-type bloodline factors is difficult, but in terms of Zoan and Paramecia bloodlines, there's no issue at all."
Kaido was shocked and quickly asked, "Can we test it?"
Yuri smiled faintly. "Of course. And besides being able to collect bloodline factors, my brilliant scientists have programmed the Omnitrix with ten initial transformation forms. Each form is akin to a Devil Fruit user's transformation."
As he spoke, Yuri walked over and pressed a button, causing the glass cover to lift. He picked up the Omnitrix and wore it. Normally, the Omnitrix binds itself to a single user, but with his willpower, Yuri could determine the user at will.
For now, Yuri became the first user of the Omnitrix.
Once Yuri wore the Omnitrix, he activated it. Instantly, his body transformed into a thin creature with a tail and sharp protrusions extending from its head.
After the transformation, Yuri's voice changed, "This is one of the ten initial transformations. I call it the XLR8."
"XLR8? Does that mean it's fast?" Kaido asked, interpreting the name.
Yuri nodded. "Of course. Even an ordinary person transformed into XLR8 can reach speeds of up to 500 kilometers per hour. With additional force from Haki or other powers, the speed increases further."
The combat laboratory was vast, exceedingly large. Even the individual rooms within it were enormous, akin to a basketball court in size. After transforming into XLR8, Yuri began to sprint around the room at an incredible speed, circling it before reappearing in front of Kaido.
Kaido clicked his tongue in amazement. He knew that Yuri himself wasn't particularly strong.
Though Yuri possessed some special abilities, he wasn't considered a top-tier fighter. However, his army was enough to make any force in the world tremble.
But now, with the Omnitrix, Yuri could move at such astonishing speed—it was beyond belief. If this device could be mass-produced, Yuri could dominate the world with it!
The World Government, the Pirate King—none of them would stand a chance against Yuri's forces!
Yuri already commanded one of the world's most advanced armies, with planes, cannons, tanks, and battleships. His technologically-armed military was a terrifying force.

Kaido couldn't help but praise Yuri, "Yuri, my brother, I didn't expect you to have created such a powerful technological device."
Yuri returned to Kaido's side and chuckled. "It's too early to call it a technological device. The Omnitrix was developed under very fortunate circumstances, and it required an immense amount of our resources. For now, my people aren't able to mass-produce it until our technology evolves further."
"Even a single one is already an incredible tool," Kaido remarked, though inwardly, he breathed a sigh of relief.
If Yuri truly could mass-produce such an absurd device, even Kaido would feel the pressure.
"And what about the other transformations? You said there were ten initial ones. And I suppose you brought me here to collect my bloodline factor, right?" Kaido asked, curious as he observed Yuri in his XLR8 form.
Yuri shrugged. "No, this is still just a prototype. Although the Omnitrix can allow someone to transform, it requires energy. Without an external power source, each transformation only lasts about ten minutes, and you can only choose one form at a time."
Kaido frowned. That limitation made the Omnitrix less invincible than he had initially thought.
Still, this was only a prototype. Surely, Yuri would perfect it over time.
Ten minutes later, Yuri reverted to his original form and placed the Omnitrix back into its protective glass case. The glass cover descended, sealing it again.
"In the future, once we can mass-produce the Omnitrix, the world will be in our hands," Yuri chuckled softly. "What do you think, Kaido? Interested in recruiting more members?"
"Of course, I'll gather more Devil Fruit users. But what about my SMILE project? How's it going?" Kaido inquired.
The SMILE project—this was the foundation of Yuri and Kaido's partnership.
It was the Artificial Devil Fruit Project! A concept initially proposed by Yuri, the plan involved using Kaido's bloodline factor, among others, to create artificial Devil Fruits. While these artificial fruits came with side effects and didn't always grant powers, when successful, they could turn an ordinary person into a powerful Devil Fruit user.
This idea greatly appealed to Kaido. It meant he could build the strongest army of Devil Fruit users, and with Yuri's advanced weaponry, Kaido would become the most powerful pirate, unchallenged in his quest to claim the One Piece left by Roger.
"Don't worry, it's still in development. Caesar will deliver satisfying results," Yuri reassured him.
Caesar Clown was a former colleague of Vegapunk and Vinsmoke Judge in the MADS scientific group before it disbanded. After Vegapunk was taken by the World Government, Caesar was noticed by Yuri and brought to Wano's combat lab to continue his work on artificial Devil Fruits.
