The eagle gave in but it still took some effort for Fan Ruyin to complete the contract.
"Her sea of consciousness is too small." The eagle suddenly said.
"It's an intelligent beast that can speak human language?!" Fan Ruyin when she heard the voice. She couldn't believe that a bird was talking to her.
She was too occupied previously to notice when it speak. Now that she looks closer, the bird seemed like normal Sky Splitting Eagle but it might actually have some kind of special breed. And it spoke human language? Only beasts who had cultivated past the 9th level can develop intelligence.
So normally speaking, this Sky Splitting Eagle shouldn't be able to speak!
"It develops its intelligence early compared to others but only to the point where it's capable of learning, it won't be able to transform into a human." Li Jain explained.
