All of the buildings, roads, houses, trees, etc. everything returned to how it was before Kaneki destroyed everything.

Kotori: Hmm~ I guess you can only fix your pocket dimension and not anything made out of it huh?
All except the Akuma Castle, it was still lying down with its back supported by a building where once the mountain of debris stood.

Akuma Castle's right arm moved up and turned itself into a cannon aimed directly at Kotori.

Kotori wasn't too afraid knowing that Akuma Castle was not very functional at the moment.

As Akuma Castle's right arm fell to the ground after firing one last shot, this shot had launched something into Kotori's abdomen.

And that something was Kaneki, upon being shot into his sister's body he immediately went crazy inside.
Emitting high voltage electricity from inside her body cooking her insides and bbiting onto her internal organs.
This wasn't doing much damage but annoying Kotori.

He made his way through Kotori's abdomen up to her upper back and bursted out of it splattering huge amounts of Kotori's blood to nearby buildings.

After emerging out of her body, Kotori quickly regenerated and turned back to her normal size and flew towards Kaneki.

While Kotori pursued him, she created 20 blood clones using the blood that came out of her because of Kaneki.

After their creation their arms turned into the same gun the main Kotori was using and all aimed at Kaneki.

Using his Grandfather's power he moved faster, trying to not get hit by Kotori's attacks.

One of the clones had caught up to him, grabbed and threw him through multiple buildings.

After being thrown a huge distance away huge amounts of his blood spilled and painted many buildings red.

But after seeing this Kotori made the clone attack the Chain-sword instead sending it flying away from Kaneki.

After turning the clone's arm into a tentacle, Kotori skewered pierced it through Kaneki's chest before piercing him again and again.

After being hit he once again crashed to many buildings, only this time his body wasn't regenerating and his body was continuously losing blood.

Seeing her brother in a beaten state Kotori felt a bit bad and went closer to him.

Kotori: Seriously! I'm so sorry, that was honestly a bit too much. Although I didn't expect your regeneration to stop working all together.

To her surprise Kiryu and Kirin were the ones who destroyed her clones, she was confused to why they were helping Kaneki let alone how they ended up in Fake Shimotsuki.
