I wasn't the one that asked this, it was Dorothy herself who suddenly asked this.
"There's no need…" I was about to stop her, but she actually stopped me with a single look before turning back to look at the miracle healer.
The way that she looked at him made it very clear what she was thinking.
The miracle healer didn't say anything as he looked at her as if he was thinking about this, but eventually he did say, "Well, I have a way to suppress this."
"Then do it." Dorothy said without any hesitation.
She was even so determined that she took a step forward as if she was no longer afraid of him.
Only before they could do anything, I raised my hand to stop her from committing to something that was dangerous.
The miracle healer also didn't reply to her as he looked at me.
It was clear that he was looking at me as if he was asking me for permission. Or at the very least, he looked at me as if he was waiting for me to confirm this.
