(Towa-POV)
"Heh, this is it, is it sister? Come on, give me a greater challenge than that!" her brother Dabura continued his pace, primarily using his fists, slightly infused with Ki to propel explosive-like hits at her haggard guard, arms pushed with strength as she continued to try and keep with his pace. Mira stood over watch on a nearby hill with the Namekian's Piccolo and Nail also watching, or one was as Piccolo was currently floating as he mediated in mid-air. Raven Branwen had finished a bout against Dabura an hour before, her hair a mess with only her tank top being her own clothes while her skirt was gone, replaced with the purple Gi made by Piccolo, all her clothes ruined besides the black tank top.
She staggered back, going back on the defensive as a relentless onslaught of melee infused with Ki blows continued to aim for her, while she flickered from there to there; afterimaging as fast as she could.
From the very moment she returned with her brother, now no longer on her previous path to unseal the demon realm, for that plan was lost to her. The power she saved up within her staff; gone. Her other reserves she'd hidden in a solid form; spheres that she'd begun creating out of the residue of energy she'd been collecting when her staff had swelled with excess energy. All of it and even her staff was gone, taken by that other, the elder version of herself. Elder in age and therefore more wiser than her, that Towa knew all of her secrets and their forced union was at her selves disadvantage whereas everything she herself had, memories, knowledge and power were all at that darker, twisted version of hers bidding.
Now that she'd weakened greatly, here she was at her brother's mercy while he made sport of beating her into the ground, toughening her up and training her in their ancient houses fighting style in order to build back up her own strength, beyond where she was at before. Magic wasn't lost to her, but for now she only fought with her pathetic physical prowess, since she started training under Dabura.
"Gah- take this your brutish t-thug!" she fired a closed range Ki-blast, red light shrieking brightly for a brief time, her smirked left her face when Dabura caught her blast, then crushing it with one hand. He chuckled deeply-
-Dabura must have already afterimaged, for he vanished then as she felt his retaliating blow, a left punch to the side of her head that knocked her towards the nearby hills where she made impact uncontrollably. The impact almost knocked her out, would have if this was her when she returned from being absorbed. Instead, she laid there, on the side of the hill where dirt and rock rolled on down her body and face… her right eye closed because of some dirt getting in them, the other continuously harassed by sweat droplets that dripped down her face.
Dabura's face was in front of her as well, arms folded and not a scratch on him. His third eye closed though he didn't need the boost it gave to defeat her with.
"Heh, you're getting better Towa… that fire you hold within, use it and soon you can take your vengeance on that other version of you. Or Me and Mira will beat you to the punch." She whimpered, pain coursing through her body, now looking intently at him while she withered out from the crater that formed from her impact.
"R-Right I remember… bastard. I am done for the day, I need to heal." Dabura shrugged, grabbing her hand and pulling her up towards the others, Raven looking down on her while she and Piccolo passed them by, now heading towards their previous location so they could spar.
"Take this girl, you look like you need it." Raven flicked her a half of a Senzu bean, the other half towards her brother who caught it in his palm. The one sent towards Towa stopped mid-air, now engulfed in a bright purple aura, Towa using her magical prowess to causally catch it with no hands, then moving it into her mouth. Towa chewed, knowing the properties of the beans, feeling herself to be gaining back her strength even with only a half while Dabura chucked his in his mouth and chewed loudly, mostly to annoy her.
"Do you think of it brother."
"Of What." he asked, both of them standing a ways from both Mira and Nail, now watching the demonstration of energy that radiated off of both Raven and Piccolo, each of them charging to their maximum with Piccolo seemingly only using that eye transformation, both glowing red with the enhanced but double-edged sword of the 'Kaio-Ken' technique.
"I spent some countless amount of my life in preparation to unseal our home world… and now, with my surplus of energy taken, my staff gone and some of my power absorbed by that… superior version of-"
"-So to be dead version but yeah… I get it. You were young when our dad passed on the authority of the throne to me, King… and that oaf even lost our supposed birthright… This eye, the 'Tertian Oculus' is power that I sought in my youth and it took a Saiyan and the dragon balls to finally grasp it."
"I have no interest in returning home to that realm… it bored me then and it will certainly bore me now. Though I bet there would be a bounty on both our heads, with Gomah most likely in charge now…"
"My old boss, who I had begun to work for in the shadows during your reign as king eons ago… I've been replaced by that other version of me, there is no doubt about it."
"Hmph, I know you were when that other Towa gladly absorbed you with force, Mira and I dealt with that other Mira which got him. Is why he is even more powerful, the lad bared his teeth and did to that Mira what that one did to him. Mira a marvelous warrior, also our time on earth has brought about the closeness of siblings that I as king and you, my supposed loyal scientist tore apart." Dabura, now depowered down, added.
"You are among allies now, and once you find out the greatness of fighting a warrior capable of pushing you to-"
"-I'm only doing this to get stronger, not to become a battle junkie like you've become. But I will stay here, with the other Towa out there… taking my place, she will have no doubt gone ahead with any number of my plans… whatever she wanted with those warriors, including Kron was something I hadn't thought of… yet. What a intriguing timeline I've stumbled on, that you would fight on the side of these… nuances." she managed out through a sharp intake of breath. Dabura chuckled.
"Hmm, you are alive. Aren't you little sister, different or not. You're at least not stumbled down such a path as to forget yourself, like the other version of you. As for my sister in this 'actual' timeline, who knows where she wanders though I would guess, somewhere else. Another timeline perhaps. Anway, get some rest here quickly. I would like to push you to near death, to make sure the lesson sticks."
(Kron-POV)
"Again, I can still go on" my daughter, the one from the future said with a narrowed glare, her tense posture awaited my next attack, her 'Super Saiyan Two' transformation discharging aura, wisps of energy dancing around her, fluttering loudly. Though a strong transformation, her strength wasn't enough that I had to transform into any of my own forms, holding back as it were but to her I was a indomitable force she'd like to at least make me sweat. It was her sweating though, her.
It was the last day of the last week I've been told would lead to some tournament of all things, while Bulma and Winter continued to rebuild West City, I guess they were also making a lot of money from doing so, plus jobs too for a whole lot of the place was torn to desolate ruins, their company was also hosting them all in fabricated Capsule homes around the outskirts of the city, those who were working here still anyway while other cities were taking these people on for the remainder of the reconstruction effort. Therefore, I did have to do some of these jobs, just the renewal of my old job on Sadala, that job I did for asteroids and such was now I was required to demolition duty of some of the largest high-risers that had been deemed unsafe and whatnot; to the awe of the actual guys whose livelihoods it was to have these jobs.
While Winter wanted me to clear it out faster, I kicked my feet as it were, making four clones via my version of 'Multi-Form' and training with my core self, the three clones scattered about doing other shit. One helping the demolition teams and one was training my sons, the other training Ursula and Orin started training due to her mothers influence and our blood flowing through her. Zangya was currently making use of her own clone to look after our newest child, while she trained with me and Jaina inside the newest gravity chamber. Currently, she was doing her own thing while I and Jaina sparred under intensive gravity training; currently set at 400g.
"No, you go have a break now. Then will eat. Better to eat now, if you want to go for the rest of the afternoon."
"Fine, I'll eat whatever you give me inside your storage, though lets make it quick. I want to continue to hone myself." she said, determined to continue to try her luck at landing a blow on me. Her attempts were getting better; stronger, faster and she was using her head but she, like me, lacked a true fighting style other than our own signature brawling types. Something that, now that I believe besides that tournament, I could now rectify under either uh, perhaps Master Roshi would be a good sport as to teach me. Or I could find someone else, but yeah I believed that I could get it out of Roshi if I offered him something. Mayhaps my 'Multi-Form' technique would be a good bargain for him.
"Alright. Zangya, you can eat with us if you want to." she flashed her teeth at me, half a grin and half straining under the weight while she kept on pushing through, then nodding 'no'.
"H-Hell no, I'm not hungry." She seethed where she was, putting up a sweat, practically glistening. I would have jumped her, and I knew she as well with the way she fumbled around where she was, pressing her 'assets' to the ground just now, though with 'Future' Jaina here, she wasn't going to get anything now. It's all good though, will wait until Jaina tires, though for now the girl has shown great reluctance to give up yet and kept on pushing. She could do a thing or two to teach the Jaina of this time to put in more effort in her training.
"I'll see about your progress later… you hear." I growled, as she flashed a toothy grin, I turned and went to find Jaina outside. She already retrieved the new capsule I was given, my other usual one having been either taken or destroyed by that Towa with the more arrogant worldview, the one currently squatting on the planet, wherever she was, she had Dabura and Mira at her side now.
'They came a long way from trying to dominate the world, or in Dabura's case, surviving Majin Buu.' Jaina had already begun tearing into a hot steaming dinosaur leg, singed to a delicious smelling… mouthwatering-
"-You better have not got all of that, where is the rest-" I paused, she pointed towards the capsule casing that existed inside my carrying capsule, to one inside the case in particular and I quickly removed it, taking out another dinosaur bone and getting stuck in. Our feeding lasted almost ten minutes, no talking, just consuming everything we could, different dishes besides cooked to perfection dinosaur meat, with plenty more in sight. After, while Jaina continued to consume, I decided to take a quick shower and get myself a change of wear, these current Saiyan fatigues and armor were nearing to being throwaway soon and I had many spares within my capsule.
The capsule which housed a largely furnished, latest in design Capsule homes were in this case too, even equipped with a shower which is where I decided to go for it.
"Jaina, I'm just going to take a long bath I think. Then will get stuck back in. Soon enough, my old battle armor and suit is going to crumble to nothing. Don't wait for me, just get stuck in and lock in to your own training, or ask Zangya." she nodded, understanding and then her eyes crinkled in disgust, her reply heavily deformed behind her chewing.
"... … … Go… …!!!" yeah, yeah… I nodded at her answer, then throwing the right capsule further out and then quickly flickering downwards to where it landed, the fabricated dust dispersed to reveal the home within and I unlocked the place, the key underneath the welcome mat that came with the place.
"Yeah, this is a nice, modern home. Which way is the- uh right, that way." finding the ground floor shower, I decided to take my time and take a bath, might as well for Jaina would have Zangya to spar with should she really get into gear and finish her lunch.
(Vegeta-POV)
'This is the day. So where are they then.' Vegeta stood atop a hill, eyes staring straight up into the sky as he stood there idle. Waiting for whatever farce his mentor's lord had up his sleeve, now paused in his training for he knew that for now, it was enough. Fourteen days of non-stop, trying different things to include in his training besides the gravity chamber, like having Piccolo weight his battle armor to an insane degree and he even considered learning more about the 'Multi-Form' technique but didn't do much with it, he also pushed his limits within 'Super Saiyan Blue', gauging his strength and using it to continue and build up a greater familiarity with God Ki, the amount required to enter 'Super Saiyan Blue' without overusing more than he needed, or going overboard with that type of energy.
His woman, Raven being an ally of Piccolo, for they trained a lot together meant that Vegeta had to look on after their brats, also started training to see what they learned while they were on that Kai planet, Tarble and Vernal impressed him, while Tora and Échalote showed him they were Saiyan's of a princely line, training as young as have and bringing pride to him. Vegeta also kept on crashing his brother Tarble's life, forcing him to come with and push the wimp, for his namesake and Vegeta's son kept on embarrassing him with the difference in their strength. Vegeta also kept a careful, mindful gaze on Kron's energy, now after seven days when he began his training, gauging to where and who was with him. He wasn't sure if they needed him, what with Vegeta himself, Kakarot, Piccolo and the chosen one; Tien who got the spot, Kron being the last one on their team formation sounded good enough to him though he would have to bring it up with the others and even him as well.
'Then there is those fools on Sadala, if I was a man imitating my father… half or more, most likely more of those aggressive bastards I would have done away with. Nappa is keeping the runts in line though, I better sort this tournament business and learn that 'Multi-Form' technique that Kron made his better version of, then with a clone I can challenge myself whilst training, as well as lead those oafs in training and expanding the empire, fledgling as it was now.' Vegeta was quick to regret becoming king now, his pride be damned, it was a let down and time after time he would send his wife to deal with it, seemingly she had experience ruling over others from her home world and Nappa had remarked their queen, even not a Saiyan put the fear in her and therefore, Vegeta himself.
His father, Vegeta had to invite him to their training sessions, he was a grandfather after all but they guy was a coward, even if he did his best to hide it within, Vegeta could see that he hesitated when facing him. His brother Tarble was now too strong for their father as well, Zenkai boosts or not, their father kept up only if they held back when facing him.
'Where are those gods, to demand my home earth for their silly games.' someone appeared behind him, he didn't sense anyone yet though he heard their arrival. Though instead of someone he knew, like say them androids Seventeen with his new upgraded power and from that, Eighteen or even that cyborg Sixteen, it sounded like a woman.
"Ah, King Vegeta. I've just arrived now. My lord awaits everyone on-"
"-Who are- ah, you are that attendant. We await Lord Beerus and your master. I would imagine that everyone who has interest in-" he turned, glancing at the woman her gaze on the surrounding area, almost looking bored, staff in hand and one hand behind her back. Vegeta turned to her fully and replied, arms folded.
"We are better suited to making our way to one location and then linking up with your lord there and Lord Beerus too. I would suggest you make everyone aware of your arrival and set up a meeting point. The lookout would be an easy spot for-"
"-The Lookout it is then. Though I have no need to have anyone else doing my assigned task. I shall ask every one of your ally's face to face to meet on this lookout I suppose. I shall be quick enough in this easy assignment. My Lord Champa awaits on the chosen location, while I've been told by brother Whis, Lord Beerus and he shall arrive soon." she vanished from the hill, Vegeta blinking from the fast display of her power, her speed… she didn't even make any hand signals nor tapped her staff and yet she was gone. Vegeta turned to his kids nearby, Raven and Piccolo hovering over to him as they noticed the attendant.
"Gather the brats, and my brother… we leave for the lookout. Make sure they have their change of clothes, a quick shower too. Then we all head to the lookout." Piccolo turned to him, after finishing his looking around.
"Hmm, was that Whis. Or was that the sister of his. Which means they are-"
"-We meet on the lookout, well Namekian? You'll find your answers there, Piccolo. Raven-"
"-I heard you, I'm going." Raven left for where their kids were eating, camped out in a nearby valley while Piccolo gave Vegeta a brief nod before blasting off for the lookout.
