Grimmjow is just sitting on rubber that was from the pillar that were destroyed by Deku and Shigaraki. Grimmjow is telepathically tell every detail of the battle and tell him at Ken should hurry a bit because Shigaraki is giving the advantage against Deku. Grimmjow is sitting out because his air slash are now unaffecting Shigaraki because his body is adapt to every cut I do. Also the second reason is sitting out is because of Deku, Deku told Grimmjow that he should back away, he is going to save Shigaraki in a very destructive way. The third reason is that his another attack would attack the soul and this would kill him, this would cause Ken and his clones to be punished by the system for killing Shigaraki first.
Grimmjow is a man of his word as he let's Deku and Shigaraki fight as he protects the heroes from the impact that the two are making. Grimmjow sees that Deku's body suddenly jolted as Gear Shift recoils and fell to the ground as his body isn't getting enough oxygen to function, he just needs a few minutes to recover to fight.
Grimmjow sees that Shigaraki is going to steal and kill Deku if he doesn't do anything to save him. Grimmjow slashes between them to break up and I will tell someone to Shigaraki that massively pisses him off. "I can read your soul... you're just a scared little boy whose daddy was mean... and wants to make it everyone else's problem. Grow up."
Shigaraki sees a figure beside Grimmjow as a ghost or memory as Shigaraki feels that he encountered this guy and killed him, but Shigaraki don't remember a young man with a slender build, light blue hair, and stitches running across his face and body. He wears a simple dark, black shawl with matching black pants. What's pissing Shigaraki off is that his sadistic smile that just rubbed him the wrong way.
It was Mahito, Ken/Grimmjow used most of his intimidating points to make a clone of him, his presence, his behavior, his twisted view of life, and his soul. Mahito loves seeing the chaos that Shigaraki is making, but he will call out why childish he is to make his problem everyone's problem. " What's wrong, I am just telling the truth of the moment, you think that you are special because on your sad events. Grow up kid, that happens to people everyday around the world and people had worsen than you so eat some shit."
Shigaraki instantly rushed towards Grimmjow as Grimmjow smiled because that's the reaction that he wanted as Deku is recover and using Black Whip to move at allas he looks more like a villain than a hero. Grimmjow is blocking every attack that Shigaraki is throwing because Grimmjow is keep his word, he isn't directly fighting Shigaraki and just blocking for self defense. Shigaraki sense something as he quickly turns around to see Deku seconds to punch him away from Grimmjow.
Deku using Black Whip with his blood merge with previous users vestige to confuse Shigaraki's tracking quirks that AFO put on him to locate targets that he needs to kill. Deku punches Shigaraki in the gust as he transfers the 2nd user of One for All to Shigaraki, this causes Deku and Shigaraki's memories to beginning to merge together.
The time feels like infinite when look at this fight, this fight will decide the future of Japan and the world in general. Grimmjow sees quirk after quirk being passed to Shigaraki while Deku is trying to avoid being killed by him, but help was on the way.
A flash of something cut Shigaraki's neck as this caused Shigaraki to back off from Deku to see what cut him because he knows that it can't be Grimmjow, he made a promise to not attack me when fighting him. Shigaraki's eyes were full of hatred and disgust when he sees All Might, Star & Stripe, and Stain in front of him.
Stain lucks his katana that was half covered by Shigaraki's body and this caused his quirk to activate, Shigaraki can't move at all and he sees Deku with 4 more quirk to pass down to Shigaraki to save him. " MIDORIYA, YOU CAN DO THIS, WE HAVE YOUR BACK." Iron Might shout his helpful words to encourage him to fight to the end and will always have his back, as his teacher, as his mentor, and as his hero.
" FINISH IT YOUNG HERO OF TOMORROW, I HAVE HIGH HOPE FOR YOU." Star & Stripe shouts her praise at Deku as he advances to his target.
" YOU ARE A TRUE HERO LIKE ALL MIGHT, WIN THIS FOR THE INNOCENT AND FOR JUSTICE." Stain are intense words and have some bloodthirsty behind it, he actually believes Deku as a true hero and the closest one to be a splitting image of All Might.
Deku does a right hook to transfer Bruce into him and quickly does a left hook to transfer Hikage Shinomori. He uses a headbutt to transfer Nana Shimura and a gut punch to transfer Daigoro Banjo as Deku enter a spirit like state with Shigaraki.
Deku with Nana was running to every memory to find the scared little kid that Grimmjow mentioned as they finally find here to body was hiding. He was in the memory of him being beaten by his father, this terrified the both of them as they tried to stop this madness. Deku tries to save the hurt child, but a mouth had eaten Shigaraki whole as AFO tells that his pain was his pain of making a suitable vessel to take over.
Out of this spirit state, Deku finally transfer OFA to Shigaraki, Deku and Shigaraki had a somewhat blank face as seconds passed. However, Grimmjow is spirit related as he sees every attack the two were doing as AFO shoots Deku out of the spirit realm.
AFO had take control of Shigaraki's body again and was going to finish Deku that was injured by trying to help Shigaraki, but decay was being used on his soul and that transferred to his real body. Cellophane ties up AFO in tape, that failed and quickly other heroes came to the rescue. Tailman and Sugarman do a combo move on AFO to knock him away, SUGAR TAIL BARRAGE.
Dozens of gates open that caused AFO to look cautious because heknows what this means, backup is coming and with full force. AFO is shocked to see the face of the corpse that he made into a high grade Nomu, he is around by heroes and now former members of theLeague Of Villains.
Ectoplasm rushes towards Deku to play the horn of Eri in him, the horn that has Eri's quirk slowly reminds his body to it's healthy state, but his arms are going to takes a bit more because they were completely destroyed.
The heroes are attacking OFA to distract him from Deku, the heroes are blocking the attacks and making him a path. Ken and his clones appear, they block a powerful energy based attack that would have killed any hero that wasn't strong enough. Stain licking Shigaraki's body to stop his body to move because AFO is breaking through his quirks effects. Star & Stripe give all of her rules on to Deku to give him more strength, heal fast, and is durability is pass iron. Iron Might is punching all of the physical attacks down while giving AFO his PTSD of All Might back.
Deku punches AFO and transfer the remaining embers of OFA, AFO had break his strong personality to beg his little brother to not leave him, a man is walking towards AFO as his soul was getting destroyed,but Mahito grabs a piece of his soul for Ken and also the little brother as well because they were the most powerful quirk in the universe. " Thanks for power AFO and his little brother, I will use it for what role I need to play in this world or universe."
Mahito was walking in the spirit realm and he finally found Shigaraki and his soul been ascending from this world, however, Mahito just ripped a large piece of his soul to make him suffer a bit more. " You think that because you had a dead, you can get rid of the punishment you will get. NO because they are worse than death, after that, you will repay your crime by being Ken's servant and do some good. It's disgusting that Ken wants this, I can't stand his thought process because it's just so dumb and pathetic. However, he is the one creating my existence so I guess I will just follow this orders.
Mahito just walks to Ken's soul and tell him that he got the soul and their quirk now. " What's the plan now, we have the most powerful thing in this universe, I could go for some senseless killing from the " greater good" shit or whatever."
" We are going to leave in soon, but we have something to fix in this world and that would include killing a large amount of villains/killer's. We can also gain more power from this universe because I am still weak than my little cosmic baby dragon brother."
