Colin shook his head as he cast the Temple Ring Binding, restraining Antoine and his companion, and asked in a deep voice.
The Wizards from the Roon Family hadn't fled far and returned upon seeing the situation change.
"We can, atop the White Tower lies a large Communication Ring Tower specifically for contacting Neustadt City."
The leading middle-aged Wizard replied.
