Fisher sat down where Renie had just been, motioning for Alagina to sit beside him. He then briefly recounted the events in the Northern Realm. When he got to the part where he was struck by the Death Rune, Alagina was a bit stunned and looked up.
"Initially, I was about to give up. I planned to see you one last time at the pirate port and then go to Elizabeth for closure. But unexpectedly, I found Renie again. She said she could help me solve my problems, so I came here with her. Yet, I couldn't not see you, because if I fail and die, this might be the last..."
Before Fisher could finish his last word, Alagina leaned in and blocked his mouth with her lips. She embraced him, deepening the kiss, and only after a few seconds did she pull back slightly, gasping,
"Sorry, I miss you too much, don't... don't say things like that..."
"...Alright, I won't say anymore. Just now, did Renie tell you anything?"
