But it really wasn't Curion's fault since the manual he got from Elizabeth never mentioned Curse Death Prison would have such effects. The instructions merely stated that the Curse Death Prison would automatically track the criminal and restrict the use of Magic until the capture was made. Who knew it would have such an extensive restricting ability?
