Clan Chief Dal had just wanted to go over and talk to them, but he noticed that the few conscious Snow Foxes were shaking their heads at him continuously. They then used their heads to point in another direction of the quarantine zone. Clan Chief Dal paused for a moment, then followed their gaze and saw a slender black figure standing in the center of the quarantine area.
He stood quietly in the center of the quarantine zone, looking at the Snow Foxes lying in the tents with unknown fates. Most crucially, Clan Chief Dal couldn't find a trace of that person's scent amidst the overwhelming despair, as if that person had no emotions or thoughts at this very moment.
But Clan Chief Dal still recognized the figure. It seemed to be a human, and not from the Turand Family. He spoke almost involuntarily to the figure,
"Hey, get out of here quickly! There's an epidemic…"
