If they still had control of their bodies when they were being searched, moved or restrained, then they could seize any opportunity to fight back, especially if she had to be very close to do any of those things.
There would be some things that would be more difficult to see when she was busy with any of those things, as she could take her eyes off them or not have them restrained enough when trying to do something else.
If she had her guard down for a single moment, then anyone would be able to turn the tables on her if they made good use of that type of opportunity.
