The celebration continued, offering a wide array of delights. On the entertainment side, a traditional dance performance was currently taking place. Three female dancers performed the Legong Dance—a graceful Balinese piece that depicts a young princess adorning herself in preparation for marriage. Dressed in full kebaya with hair buns, fans, and traditional jewelry, their movements were delicate yet meaningful.
As for the culinary offerings, the format was buffet-style. The concept is food-stalls spread throughout the area. Each stall featured traditional snacks from various regions across Indonesia. It was like a miniature food festival within the wedding.
At the western area, Zeyn and Airi stood together. The stalls here specialized in delicacies from Sumatra. The two of them were currently enjoying pempek, a savory dish made from ground fish and sago flour.
"Here, say aaahhnn~" Airi chirped as she held out a spoon.
"…Why?"
"C'mon, open up. The submarine's ready to dock~"
