Nan Jiaojiao acted as if she were deaf and didn't heed his advice, pushing the spoon further toward him.
It went straight to Bo Yanching's mouth.
He opened his mouth and ate it.
Nan Jiaojiao was inexplicably happy.
Then Bo Yanching noticed, she scooped a large spoonful of pudding with caramel and fruit from the middle, while she'd fed him only the bits scraped from the edges.
He shook his head with a laugh, amused.
"I have to run a short errand this afternoon, might not be able to pick you up. Have dinner with Miss Lu, I'll come back in the evening. If it's late, you don't have to wait for me."
Nan Jiaojiao nodded, not sure if she listened, her eyes glued to the bowl of pudding anyway.
Bo Yanching waited for her to finish eating, then lifted her out of the chair, not letting her touch the ground as he walked out holding her.
Nan Jiaojiao tried to persuade him, but to no avail, feeling embarrassed with her face buried in his chest.
