welcome to my poison pot showdown of what we have left of our Beasts after only twelve hours it had now certainly been long enough for the carnivore groups to get hungry, leaving only one job for those hungry Beasts... they lesser gathered beasts were sacrificed to the hungry masses. the ones that were not in this mawl were the ferrets who currently reside underground. the wolves who seemed to understand the situation, they used magic to scower up trees.
working together, they made platforms of branches and mud keeping up off the ground.
the reservation of carnivorous seats was filled quickly thanks to the father, who sat here quietly cycling his soul power, mana, and something I have never felt but could feel it pulsing from him in waves making aware that I had some shortcomings. but those energies together in such pressure kept us surrounded and safe. although the ligor itself got closer to us without issue? why is that!?
" Is there a reason this little one doesn't stay away like the others?"
" That is rather simple. This ligor cub is the Child of an Alpha. it would die if it wasn't born with a bit of resistance, but with said resistance also come a level of intelligence. like the ability to comprehend, it's something that can be learned or something that can be given hereditary like sapient species do."
" So, does that mean this creature is an intelligent one?"
" No, not necessarily sapient creatures are unlike sentient ones this creature cannot name itself it can call itself what it's parents or companion calls it but if it knew of its lineage and chose its name it would then be sentient. but this little one knows no different than its parents call or its master touch... it has not gained it own reasoning it can be comprehended but can not make a decision with multiple thoughts looking at things, rationalizing it with a tactical edge. it can only use instinct to make up for that."
I took in what he was saying before I made my next thought. it had weighed on me watching them battle.
" Could this have been done another way?"
" Yes, but much like how you are benefited by the Aura realm, I have created these three children who have all secretly been cultivating and those Beasts who have decided to feed and do the same will also. if the point down would be put, this child has the potential to be an A Rank beast with an alpha blood awakening, raising that to an S Rank. but it will still take the child past maturity to accomplish assuming it survives longer than the ten or so years it has made it. With that, those Beasts that are closer are at best C or D Rank, but that is not potential. Those are beasts that have reached their max rank unitl they evolve, make a break through in their own bloodline, gain sentient form or other possibilities..."
again, taking in everything he spoke, I looked back at the carriage, wondering if they could all hear him. they are all younger than me but all in the same predicament as I am. so obviously they would want to get stronger to...
i looked down at the Little ligor Cub and made up my mind.
" That is unwise to dream of unrealistic things hoping I could tame this little guy is actually just dreaming of a swift death.
I will choose others who can benefit me. but I will not turn my back on them just to grow stronger..."
" Mm, it was not my intention to dissuade you from choosing Beasts with high ranks. The point is to teach you that rank is not everything. even a water semblance ant can harm an elephantorous given enough time and effort. alas a decision doesn't need to be forced. while I circulate, why don't you follow me practice as the energy flows. find what suits you as a companion for your future. and giving a beast a rest, a home, a freedom after war, a peaceful release. That is what it means to have companions! letting a friend go is a simple thing it is not leaving them behind because in this universe, you could always meet again with the friends you make far and wide even if you only visit for a day the influence you have should last forever."
I made no mistake as I sat taking in everything he said. while I was also focusing on his energies released. I had felt ether, and this was similar but had its own warmth its own feel.

Ki is the inner life force flow, Qi is the outer flow, and chi is the circulation of all creatures and beings what you will connect to once your inner and outer layers are established the circulation layer chi forms... Although this little explanation will do you for now, I am not expecting you to learn this all right now. you will learn it either way through hard teaching or practice."

I focused on that warmth as I found my own way, making the energies in my body react to it, expanding in my soul. I felt a new wave covering my body originating from my soul. The force expanded until I felt a bit ill. I had no idea what was happening, but I let the flow continue.
" Let me explain. you will have no troubles linking to any energy from my understanding. Certain types of tamers can make links with any type of Beast and energy that corresponds to that lineage of creature or beast. although using that beast or creatures, sole ability can affect other abilities and will cause backlash if used incorrectly or with incorrect energy-efficient knowledge."
looking at him, noticing that his talking completely drew me out of circulation.
" The ability I contain is called split sense. After some time of circulating enegies, you can make that process stream line allowing you to process multiple forms of circulation and also make them automate using those thread of origin too many, though at once can cause you to implode so the energies must accompany one another like mana and Mental force. the other pairs are the soul force and body force. and as such, these forces have external routes like the chi, magic, telekinetic, and the world soul force. although there are other natural forces that only bring chaos and loss of will. that is the ether and nether both forces may have connection to the life and death forces but both have been dormant since the down of the Universal war. that day, something or one locked those vile forces inside a realm all their own. but even then, their reach still remains, standing proud in both presence and force. we can not cheat death. nor can we persuade life to be infinite. don't fret, you are all my children now. I will raise you like my own. my knowledge will reach you like it reached your brothers and sisters. although your ages are closer to my great-grandchildren, so see fit to place yourself. However, you may think best."
he motioned me to go back into meditation, so I decided to do just that. once again, I had myself falling back into the realm of Cultivation sourced by a white room, although this time, instead of the plain looking white, it was different.
I stood there observing the room that had seemed to grow a good bit. it was still a shade of white with grey tint. The walls had a pattern covering them like a tribal tattoo etched into the walls. They pulsed with a feint silver light in the center of this room, which had now grown to about ten by twelve and had an Amethyst orb floating dead center.
the ominous glare coming from the orb made me shiver, but I knew what it was, and that shiver became a vibration as my focus became solely bent on it. I was somehow sucked into the orb. inside was more than I had expected. the amethyst body was in the fetal position, the veins now linking the body as if it was a real nervous system inside the body, making it seem like a transparent man. I felt the heartbeat and noticed a new form inside the body, a little silver sheen that was all of the body force I had barely finished cultivating!? I could practically see my progress growing as I was cultivating.
I began to split the energies like the threads weaving them and stretching once again with every energy I could muster in this feeble body of mine.
something I had not realized was the connections I felt as I stretched those threads turning then to rope. the noise around me stopped silent, and I felt terrible as my pores, stomach, and even my head began to scream in pain. I felt the forging of those energies as my body slowly gathered and forced resistance into my body through each breath. I realized I was growing closer to my core.
I was unable to explain that reasoning, but I felt voices reaching into the realm as well as whispers who seemed concerned and curious about what was happening.
more than curiosity or concern, I got an excellent feeling of euphoria as a creature fully enraptured. My mental space willing its own space to merge!?
Did that beast just form a contract with me?!
again, I felt a pulse as my body through each wave became engraved into my mind as the finishing of the weaving came to a close. I successfully formed a full replica again of myself inside that amethyst cocoon, which had now pushed me out, leaving me sitting in front of it blankly. I saw floating around the Amethyst orb. these were my realms of cultivation.
they were three different colors. One was light blue realm, that has the feel of mana, the golden realm was my soul and this New silver Realm was the Chi realm...
each one had its own entity while I felt connections to them the way it reacted made me skeptical about them belonging to me.
I had now made three sets of rope connecting my five limbs to the perspective cores of that energy. blue to blue, amethyst to amethyst and silver to gold!? that was weirdest in the situation as the lines had two separate colors woven together, but silver just burned over the gold, making it seem dull somehow!? I'm ignoring that creepy feeling in the back of my mind... let's just hope all works out for the better.
" Does color matter?"
in the hours I had sat here cultivating, I was finally able to ask a question while still in my Cultivation realm.
" Mm, what promising young welps you have here? Three of them have beautiful mental realms, and one has a peak proficiency in body core creation."
the new voice made me shiver as I felt his breath on my neck while his voice sounded so close my skin began to crawl.
" Two of these welps have dual core coursing through them? 'Sniff' three hybrids? this, one is a simple human, but smells like a blood-broods children! what do I make of this bird goat?"
" Make of what if your old nose can smell it out. Why must I spell it out?! since we are here, I figured you would appear. I came to make good on my deals. This child is one of mine and is heir like my grandchildren. he can marry in and also make perfect for Lycanths exchange it is happening this year, right?"
" You bird goat bastard think I would just accept this tarnishing of a deal we made over drinks long ago!? yeah, that seems fair enough. To be honest, I couldn't even remember what we spoke about after we got so drunk. although I dont fear who smells these welps, I fear we may draw attention in bad ways. to the two flowers that seem to be close to budding. that will bring young rogues from this mountain hoping to imprint. they fear only failure since they have no alpha or brood leader to tend them."
" Yeah, I see what you are getting at, but we are not done here yet. we can ask them to rush, but at such a moment, I think they are all close to breaking through into the true cultivation realm. even you can sense them building their cores..."
" Oh, you must have misunderstood what I meant. you think that after twenty years, I would not have furthered my skills. especially when one of those skills taught to me by you would ever be so weak mental is what I would be for forsaking it."
it was in this moment that I felt my skin No. it was different. I felt everything!?

I FORCED MY EYES OPEN!? only to have them burn as my cultivation realm made a small screen reaching outside my eyes hurt, but I saw it a mere glimpse of the impossibility. The world around us in a mile wide bowl shifted with colors of green, brown, and many shades of Dark.
the mountain that was in a single beautiful color of pale blue was now gone, and around us was a larger mountain as colorful as a rainbow! mountains covered those in hues fading as the sun was setting the stone began to glow as luminescence lit the world around me.
" Welcome to Our Lycanths Elemental Mountain. There is no comparison when you need to feel one with the universe!"
I felt the blood tinge my cheek as my eyes began to bleed. I could see the man clad in a gorgeous sun red samurai armor no helmet his teeth looked Feral as he smiled, showing his canine. his grey hair seemed out of place on his young looking face that of a forty or fifty year old man.
his eyes golden in color flashed as his voice echoed in my ear, pushing around the mountain.
" Good, let this sight burn into your eyes, for it is the home of your mate. Let that blood you seek stain the claw and teeth you gain as it sharpens those instincts through pain. I will not go easy on you, welp!"
through the gritted teeth, I couldn't help but let my emotions show as my smile returned bright and bloody from my tears of blood that stained my face. once just once, I want to be the one who can look at this world and shape it!
" Don't disappoint me!"
the men said almost simultaneously as I felt a pressure even heavier than before as the true alpha walking closer to us looked down at us.
her voice clear and violent had an almost melodic ring to it, but the sound pressure alone was chaos as it ripped my ears apart. I felt blood from them as well as the ear drums burned worse than my head.
" Ghost of the Revanth, why are you here!"
" To make due on promises I shared with your father while he was alpha. and here I thought you would make a strong Luna. It turns out you made an even stronger Brood mother... How are you, Becket?"
" I am Fine Ghost, but I told you the last time if you came here ever again, I would tear you apart limb for limb, piece by piece. you leave me with child, and for twenty years, you escapade around and to see you come here with children galavanting them as your own! why should I not rip you apart!!"
I was trying to withstand the pressure but could say I would die immediately if she put it solely on me and even might since I stopped breathing when I was looked upon by her.
" Who is that hiding in this welps punitive realm!"
I felt a shock in my soul as my master was shaken out.
" Who might you be?"
I'm sitting on the ground, and next to me with devoid eyes was my master who seemed to not care enough to answer. whilst even though I was cultivating still I was so put down by pressure alone that I could not speak. although a meek voice came from her.
" I am Rose Equinox. tied to this boy by fate, unable to change it alone, it seems, kill me if you must or return me to my slumber so that I may die later..."
my masters presence was so feint. Now I understood that she had fallen into a depression making her devoid of essence even though she was hidden from the world i thought. For a good reason, it was simply because she was depressed.
everyone looked at her as the alpha slowly used soul force to return her to her small hidden realm.
" we will address her later on... I don't think I can continue with this drama for too much longer, and this welp is clearly about to die... I will not punish him for you, Ghost, but I do not wish to see you yet. Take these children and pets to my quarters and take him to Father's night moon field. He can rest there alone. No one is allowed visitation besides my parents, and I. Give that child some healing worms before he fades into the abyss."
I was finally able to see her figure as my body was released from the pressure. What I saw made the hair on my neck stand. she was a four meter tall wolf her fur was Bright Grey, with streaks of black and purple, one sharp black horn adorned her head, with two piercing golden eyes. that seemed to shock my soul, my body convulsed as I was shut off from the outside, and my pure white room was now tinged in a weird feeling, I couldn't place it but I felt calm and Happyness that even seemed to push through the wall my master was hiding in.
it actually penetrated that barrier, making my body feel heavy for a moment before it went back to being tightly shut. I felt a few shifts in the presence of energies, but when I was finally settled, I was on something soft, unable to reach outwards, and stuck to finish my cultivation in silence.
I felt the waves of aggressive behavior hit me, but before long, I had somehow subdued those aggressive forces with sheer will.
only to be so exhausted that my mind sunk into darkness. it wasn't exactly an issue as I felt that calming force washed over me, I felt relief as my body slowly gathered energy alone. allowing my mind and body to loosen up. something felt soothing as my body was laid into what felt like water no its thicker? it doesn't matter. I let go of the fear and the care only one way out, and that's forward.
That was my last thought...
